Walgreens Pharmacy, Houston TX

Extremely understaffed pharmacy. Chronically slow. For example, this week I went there on Friday. Waited in the drive-thru. Got to the window. Waited additional 5 minutes and no one responded, so understanding I left and came back the next day. It was an identical repeat. I came back to third day waited in line, waited an additional 5 minutes at the window, then I pressed the call button. I was told "wait a moment. " And then I waited an additional 5 minutes at the window. Tell me possible explanation. They're just understaffed. This is not the first time over the course of several years. They have always been late close without warning early due to "staffing". You would be better served at a different pharmacy probably until they can resolve this issue.

Went to buy a knee brace here. The first one didn’t fit me so I went back in for an exchange. The girl that did my transaction never gave me a receipt, & for whatever reason they couldn’t pull up the receipt with my phone number. They had to give me store credit all because I wasn’t given a receipt. Had to go back in again because the one that I exchanged didn’t fit me either & ended up returning it. They couldn’t give me cash & I ended up waisting my money because everything had to be store credit because I was never given a receipt with my first purchase.
