Everyone who works here is slow. Drive thru takes 45 minutes for 3 cars. And they close 1 30 to 2 every day for lunch. Can't they take shifts?

It's an M service, the people there shouldn't work, they serve people in a bad way and the car pick-up service, not to mention, they're there at the window and they never come out. I'll definitely never leave my prescription again there because more than 3 days passed and I could never get it and I expired

The service I received in the pharmacy on yesterday was horrible. I went in to get the latest COVID booster, I heard they had them and you could walk in, got there around 8: 45am, the shutters were still closed and I saw online the pharmacy opens at 9: 00am. The pharmacist came in a few minutes after me, I asked her if they had the latest vaccine, she asked me to give her a few minutes, she told me she was just returning from vacation and she would check and let me know. She came back and told me they did have the vaccine but it would be a few minutes before they could get to me. It appeared she was working solo and an attendant from the front came back to assist her, I could hear them discussing the absence of the person scheduled to work and about 9: 15 am Lesly comes in, she begins taking customers. A customer came in that had an appointment for 9: 30am she assisted her and there was a gentleman in line that she helped, while ignoring me sitting waiting to be helped, the pharmacist tried to explain to her that I had been waiting since before they opened and she seemed to ignore her continuing to handle the drive through and the inside line. I approached her asked her when was she planning on assist me. She responded with her nonchalant demeanor that they don’t accept walk-ins for vaccines until after 10: 00am. I told her I’ve been waiting since 8: 45am it’s 9: 30am and now you’re telling me I have to wait another 30 minutes, that’s ridiculous especially since there is nothing displayed in the pharmacy area that this is their procedure and it’s not that you have so many customers you can’t fit me in, you just telling me I need to wait, she responded by saying it’s online, however everybody does not go online for information that should be handled inside their local pharmacy. I asked for her manager and about ten minutes later Ms. Jackie Thompson came to me and repeated the same information I was told by Lesly that walk in customers for vaccines are not accepted until 10: 00am and that is posted online, but she would do what she could to have them work me in. I have news for both of them this information is not posted on Walgreen’s online website anywhere that I could find and if this is the procedure they want customers to follow they need to display this information for public knowledge in the store for their walk in customers. Most of their customers that walk in are probably seniors and they deserve better treatment than what I received.

Waited in drive thru for 30+ minutes to be told my prescription isn’t ready, I tried calling 3 times last night well before they closed and no one answered.

Ordered pictures online, got a message confirming they were ready. I get to the store, they’re not ready, they’re not printed. They finally printed them, but they weren’t cut right. The young lady that helped me cut them, she took her time to cut them, although they weren’t the right size, I at least appreciate her. But whoever is designated to do this, needs to do their job.

Same as other complaints. Got out of hospital. The lady at hospital called and made sure you had medication for me. Couldn't get it till next day. Every time I go there I have to wait in long line just to be told it's not ready. Worst service ever.
