Had a hiccup with one of his new salesman, paperwork issue, not a car issue, but he was incredibly apologetic and professional and resolved the issue in 24 hours, just like he said he would. Very thorough explaining the paperwork and the hiccup and did all he could to alleviate any concerns I had and answered all my questions. I could tell he cares and wants to deliver the best used car he can. Will return to him in the future for a used car.
