Walmart, Laredo TX

Walmart don't listen to its customers, good prices but had to stand in line for 45 minutes because only 1 cashier is open. They want for us to use the self check out registers.what happened to customer service, you ask a manager can they open more registers and their respond is "I need to write to head quarters" WOW! What, about our elders! They say they need to learn.

Nice Walmart it's not a true Supercenter but for a Truck Driver you can get the essentials and you can park along curb if you're in your truck to go inside.

Love how they keep the 6 feet apart rule and very helpful when it comes to late night groceries

No produce section. Not enough employees. The employees they have are nice though. They allow you to pay in pesos. Busy.

Store was nasty! No hot food items. Employes were very rude. Some employes even going as far to act like they did not understand english just to avoid helping.

No customer care no empathy all employees just talking about everyone elses social life and who is doingng who. Ask for something. Everyone. Just whats there

This outlet is a disgrace to Walmart, horrible bathroom mould on the wall and untidy, will never go back again I think the health organization need to shut it down for unhealthy bathroom.

A large variety of items from computers two clothing to Automotive and bicycling a different departments for all occasion including for children like toys and a vitamin section and pharmacy even an in-store McDonald's restaurant

Always a mess at this location, I understand that IT is a busy lacitaion but maybe a few more employees would not hurt.

Even now with the self-pay stations many seem to be not working plus lack of efficiency with the employees assisting those who don’t know how to use the machines as well as the lack of cashiers to assist those who don’t want to use the self-pay

I just had 2 items in my hand that I would have gladly checked out myself but the scanning machines were all closed I even asked the lady in the area and she said she had just closed them. She sends me over to the cash registrars to pay for my 2 small items. I walk over there and all the registrars are closed then I asked the ladies there in the registrars and they are all confused and since I was speaking out and complaining they tell me I can pay in one I pay and leave. I just think its ridiculous to have all that people working and not be able to either have enough cashiers or have the self checkouts open. As we are leaving me and my friend see that they re opened the self checkouts. They lack customer service skills majorly. And they also lack communication with one another to agree on opening up sections so customers can pay for their merchandise. Only poor Walmart experience at this location. Other locations of Walmart work better together than this location.

Apparently the cashier didn't know basic math. She gave me my total of $21.16, I gave her 2 twenties. It took me maybe a second to give her a quarter so that I didn't have to get a bunch of change back. She tells me oh no I can't, the system tells me what change to return to you. I'm in awe, that she refused to take my quarter all because she couldn't calculate how much to give back to me smdh.

I go to the north Walmart and they never help me out, but for some reason this Walmart was much closer and i got helped by this girl named Ashley Sanchez she helped me out so much.i will be coming here more often just because of her.

This Lady I asked her for help and she was very rude to me and even sent me to the wrong area, I asked her were I could find fly swatters and she first gave me a bad attitude face then sent me to another area that didn't have anything to do with what I needed and im an employee of a hotel near by they are the ones who sent me to Walmart but the next time they need something from Walmart im going to go to the one on the loop the supercenter, I will never return to this one if the people working here are not happy with there job they should change work instead of being rude to customers.
