Department Store Walmart reviews
18Everything was exactly where it should have been and less than I thought. The store looks very nice and love the added touches.
This Walmart is a NO for me, this store is arranged different from other Walmart I've been to, I bought a kid dresser from another Walmart for 29.99, somehow I was around this particular store and decided to buy another one but on getting here it was 42.99, first time to notice one store selling different prices.
This Walmart was not as well kept up as the one on Postoak. Kind of hard to locate products
Worse Wm in tx is in DeSoto on parkerville and one in Lancaster. Poorly kept because are in a predominately afro-american location.shame.
This Walmart was so confusing. It had dry grocery but no cold food section. No milk, no eggs. We ended up going to another store to finish our shopping.
Some Walmarts are better than others. This is a pretty clean and put together Walmart. The return line is easy and fast. Its not a super large Walmart but they have what you need.
The sweet spot for this walmart is that the staff is helpful, but like most Walmart stores the shelves are often bare and the registers are filthy and need continuous cleaning. Will still shop there but in 2022 please keep all of stores clean.
Absolutely disgusting service. Will never go to that Walmart again. If you don't like your job just quit! No need to be rude! They don't even deserve a one star
This Walmart is rather different than other Walmarts you’ll find, it is most notably not a SuperCenter.
I did have to finish my shopping elsewhere, as there was not a frozen section or a refrigerated section in the groceries. They did not have even close to the selection that other Walmarts do, which is fine and potentially strategy for this specific location. In the moment it was frustrating, as I was in a hurry, but it ended up being all right. They did seem a little short on staff. It was also very busy and because it’s a smaller Walmart, it was rather crowded in many of the aisles. Not a bad experience, if it’s your closest Walmart then it will have a lot of the things you need, but definitely not all of them.
This Walmart is a lot better than it used to be. It's cleaner, organized, and I can usually find what I'm looking for. I do love the curbside! I also like that it's near other stores I like now. The only problem is the lines are still always long.
I am handicapped and they don't have but a few of the riding carts. They need more of the riding carts for people who are disabled. And they advertise plus sizes for bigger women and I never find hardly anything that will fit me in the women's section I have to go to the men's or go to a specialty store which is more expensive.
I couldn't refund some electronics products I didn't need because as they say I did not have my receipt, smh to me it implies that one may have stolen something which never happened! They wouldn't even put it on a gift card! It's my money I spent to buy it but I guess that didn't matter! Walmart should be ashamed considering how much constant business they receive from loyal customers! Also the time was 9: 48 and they wouldn't even let me purchase a bottle of wine, I was told not till after 10! Smh. I'll start taking my money elsewhere!
Nice place
You find some grocery items and most of family clothes with very good price also there is so many house hold.
The prices there very good
There is also pharmacy
Hard to find stuff. No signs anymore only indefinable letters with numbers. They've relocated nearly everything. Discontinued food items I usually bought. Don't care to go there anymore.
IT's a regular Walmart! I like that you can do research online, get the aisle number and then go to the store and get you stuff. I HATE roaming around a giant store looking for just one item. SO they solved this waste-of-time issue quite nicely! Of course, Home Depot's been doing this for years.
Its alright its a little small and lots of things missing you see in the bigger stores but good for essentials if your on the run Walmart needs to open more registers
Angelia in the service was very rude to my wife when she returned merchandise for exchange. My wife's 1st language is not English, and when my wife was having difficulty understanding the transaction, Angelia was rude and impatient, "huffing and puffing" with an uncaring attitude. My wife reported this to me almost in tears. I would like management to hold her accountable and convey that this is not the way to perform good customer service. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
Came into store to by cutting line for my weed eater, but Walmart had locked off the outdoor section of their store. This is not the first time that I have not been able to find what I need, needless to say that this is now my store of last resort.
There seems to be some sort of renovation taking place at the moment, which makes shopping less enjoyable. Also they seem to be short-staffed, an elderly gentleman was waiting over half an hour for somebody to help him with his phone. Apart from that the staff were very pleasant.
