The wait was really looking and we had to come back another day, but once we got in it was great service.

This place is excellent.

Great battery prices and $0 install earns two stars. However, a two hour wait for a battery install is totally unacceptable, especially with no forewarning. Recommend avoiding if there is anywhere else you would rather be.

Great help, today. Got in line for a battery check, free.checked on the warranty, hassle free.and didn't have the receipt, but the associate made it easy to find what we needed.thank you for all your help! Should be leaving, very soon, with a new battery!

At first I was very upset with with this place but manager came out her name was Randy and she fixed my problem I thank you very much friend

Went to Walmart on Greenwood they didnt have want we needed auto motives they stated they didnt have number so they could call to see if they had them so I had to call nd the stated they did have them so know waiting for the services (staples) they where pretty upset when I told them what went on at Greenwood but it is so organized here.

Quick, very clean, very knowledgeable, very professional. In 25 years this has been the best Wal-Mart auto service center that I have ever used

They have very friendly staff.it’s just I’m not so sure about how competent they are. The guy who changed my light bulb didn’t know the socket was still attached. We had to keep going back and forth and back and forth to auto zone before they finally told us at auto zone that originally we had the correct light, just the kid didn’t know the socket had been attached. All he needed to do was take the old light out of the socket. He didn’t know that basic thing. Wasted 2 hours of our time on something so simple and then charged us:/

Tony did a great job, he was able to get my battery replaced within an hour. And I was back on the road again soon after. Great job service center at Walmart.

Brought in a Single Tire and Wheel, Got my ticket Waited an hour thirty, nobody even glanced at it.
Ok i get it i gotta wait my turn. But a Single wheel and tire lol
This wouldn't bother me so bad if the Ginger looking employee talking to the kid on the register saying "you think i should help him, snickering as he speed walks passed me desperately trying to avoid eye contact.

I think I'm a Mechanic because i change oil - tires and headlights. Lol Smh F@$king Joke.

Pretty decent place for tires and oil change. They are quick most of time. I would recommend them anyday

Dropped my car off to have the tires replaced. Not only did it take 9 hours to get to, they weren't able to put the tires on. Also my car came back with a deep scratch. In their defense, they were very apologetic and said they'd never had a problem with tires like they had with mine, so maybe my experience wasn't representative of their service.

No one came to help me or another person waiting for over 20 minutes, no one even at the service center desk. A mechanic peeked his head around the corner then just walked away. Screw going to Walmart. I came to Minit Man and was helped immediately with wonderful customers service.should have came here first.

Quoted 3 hours for a simple oil change. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for being busy. Four and half hours later, my car is still in the same spot. Still waiting.

That workers at the auto center are very slow had to wait 2 hours for oil change they need more employees

Great service but understaffed. They had one associate meeting with two lines of cars. One of the cars had an elderly woman who needed 30minutes worth of questions answered for her.

I went to the tire and lube, and there was no one there for 10 minutes, there was one car in front of me and so i decided to go to another lube garage.

Had to wait over 3 hours for a battery put in my car because the poor technician had no help & had to run signing up new orders while my car just sat there with the hood up! Bless his heart In all that heat to! Over 91 degrees!

Bought a power sport battery, came defective. Per the return they had to get 2 managers. Swapped it out for the only one left on the shelf. Before I reached the exit i realized the bolts were missing and the battery was used. Upon returning it for the 2nd time, 2 managers are required again. I've now spent over an hour here. Employee and manager both seemed like I was inconviencing them. An hour later I'm leaving with a return.

Called to have a tire repaired at 6: 25 and was told they stop taking cars at 615 and they close at 7pm, unhappy customer.
