23I brought in a set of new tires from another wal-mart. They never hesitated to take care of my mounting and balance on my new wal-mart rv tires. It was quick and professional.
Good prices, but terrible service spent over 4 hours waiting for them to install 4 tires. Got the impression the guys weren't very into their job.
Went here with my brother in order to get a tire patched up. We called before hand knowing that it was getting close to closing time. They said we could bring our car over. We waited thirty minutes and then they said our car was the next one in line. We then waited an hour and then they closed all of the lines except the one we were waiting at as well as the door to enter the reception area. Finally after another thirty minutes one of the technicians made a claim stating they were looking for a certain tool in order to fix the car and started working on it. My brother and I could have saved half of the time going to another auto shop that was still open instead of wasting 2 hours for no reason. Do not recommend customers to come here unless they want to waste their time.
The automotive section is unorganized and uneffective as far as getting customers served and on their way.the only thing that's missing out of the automotive service department are the oversized shoes in the red noses because it is a circus.
Took two and a half hours for a simple oil change they didn't even touch my car until they noticed that I had walked back up from wandering around the store were going to charge me more just because they didn't have stock of my oil but then decided to Discount me like they were doing me a favor I did appreciate the two ladies that were working they are about the only ones that got anything done
They don't close until 6, but when I come in at 5: 05 needing a simple tire repair I am told that they are only doing oil changes because they are gone. Not quite sure who "they" are, but if you are open until 6 "they" should be there until 6. Or at least put on the website that certain services are not offered after a certain time. This was my first and last time at this auto shop.
I had to wait extra 2 hours because Thomas (I guess he's in his 60s) didn't actually check me in after asking all of information about the car (I'm a returning customer so it's pretty fast process). I had to come up and talk to another person to check my car in again. After the car was done, there were 3 people talking to each other while I pressed the button for help, and none of them came to me until I had to reach them out. I have my car serviced here a few times, but this time is the worst. They really need to train people for professionalism here. Thank you.
Probably one of the best experience I’ve had at Walmart auto service, Thank you Billy, for being such a sweet and helpful as can be, I know you loook like it had been a long day, but he was beyond beyond helpful.just wanted to let everyone know how amazing and he was!
I had been waiting for them to open 7.00 am since 6.40 when they open the person said nobody will be here till 8.00 am, asked him who is manager he replied no one is manager here.i bought tires here, to keep warranty i have to rotate tires here. Be careful guys.this is very unprofessional
I came there to get a tire changed, because there was a screw in it. The staff was completely unprofessional, did not communicate with each other, and I had to call three times in one day just to get them to work on my car. Multiple employees said they would call me about the status of my car throughout the day, but no one did. Their employees don’t understand customer service, and really need to get their act together. This was a horrible experience, and if I’d had the choice to drive my car somewhere else, I would have.
Took an hour just to tell me my tire had sidewall damage and could not be plugged. Went to a tire shop that plugged it in a few mins. Don't waste your time here.
Horrible service. You show up and wait and wait just to be helped. Employees are beyond rude and they have no sense of urgency. I've gone to this location because it's closest to my home but I wont be returning. It's incredible that the management allows this to happen - you know its not anything new, just look at the other reviews!
My experience this time was fantastic. The cashiers were friendly, the technicians explained everything wonderfully and I have 100% faith in their abilities to get the job done quickly. My one recommendation would be to make an appointment! You can walk in, but appointments get first billing. They didn't have my tires in stock, but get ordered them and had them ready in 24 hours.
Wait time- 1 hour.
Dropped my truck off for an oil change. They told me 1 hour. I went back after 2 hours and they were just pulling it into the bay. I told them to take it out and I left. I made it about half a block away and saw my oil pressure was at 0 with a trail of oil behind me. Luckily, I think I caught it before any damage was done.
Kevin the manager does an outstanding job here! I had to replace my tires and i was short on time so he personally made sure i made it to my appointment on time. Thanks Kevin!
The automotive staff is actually the only efficient staff at this particular Wal-Mart. They have great service and are very attentive. A great relief from the rest of the store.
It is terrible they look like lost the lady that was in customer service she didn't know what she was doing she had online like off 10 people she tried to help one and then another one but at the end she didn't help nobody there was a lady that was there for 3 hours and they didn't know even what they were doing and then another guy cam to help bat he didn't know how to work with the computers I was dare you exchange a car battery el there was like five more people also try to change their batteries so it was such a terrible experience I hope the other people do the same thing as me complain about it
Very poor service. It took almost 2 hours for oil change. And even they didn't say anything about it they act like they said. Also instead of excuse they shouted at me like they are right at their opinion. I didn't see such a rude crew and such a long oil change before.
There are lots of rude associates in the auto care department. They treat you the way they want as in discriminating!
The tech's were good the lady at the counter was on her cell not taking care of the customers.the manager was in her office and paid no attention to the customers
