They seem a battery for my 2014 Escape S but don't have the people working there that can install it. The battery is in a weird place but these guys should able to do the job! So now I have to take it somewhere else to get it installed!

The worst customer service ever, the employee offered me cash deal cheaper than actual value and instead will offer me good quality tires. Also, returned my car back with no tire change excused that had my car had some sort of problem can’t change your tires. Couldn’t find a manager to speak for reporting the issue.

The customer service staff is not friendly, they are not all, but I will not go to perform any service to my car, it is a waste of time and you will not leave satisfied.

This place was the start of all my problems with the car. All I went was for oil change. When receiving the car, mechanic gave me some recommendations to change oil drain plug. He mentioned "You might have some problem with the threading in your oil drain pan" but did not confirm it. As a courtesy they fitted in a magnetic drain plug (which is very risky than the conventional screw type). 3 months past, I went to Midas for oil change. These guys told me and did show me personally what happened. They showed me the original oil drain pan threading was damaged because of incorrect forced installation of oil drain plug and 3 new threads were recently done (obviously walmart!). Now I need to change the entire oil drain pan assembly for the mistake these guys made and it costs me 750$! I highly recommend to avoid this place for oil change.

First I want to say that George was incredibly nice and was the only redeeming aspect of my visit here, and the reason this isn't a 1-star review.

I ordered my tires through the Walmart website and received an email telling me that I can pick them up in the Auto Care center and gave me a number to call to schedule the installation. I followed their instructions and set up an appointment for Saturday morning at 7AM. Come to find out, the tires DO NOT get sent to the Auto Care center when you order them through Walmart's own website, contrary to the email that specifically states that they do. No, I had to wait until 8AM when their grocery pickup service starts, at which point 4 tires were wheeled out to me. George had told me that they typically will bring the tires over for you, so this is what I was expecting to happen. Instead I was told to get a shopping cart to load my tires into and wheel them over to the automotive center myself. I've now been at Walmart for 3 hours and my car is just now being worked on, despite being proactive and setting up an appointment for myself. This system is insane, and at the very least the Walmart Auto Care folks should explain to their customers that if they order their tires online they'll have to go through this convoluted system and will be unable to have their tires installed at 7 AM. This is the last time I will be using a Walmart for any auto service.

Edit: to make matters worse I just got home and found that my locking lug nuts had only been hand tightened, making this visit not only frustrating but dangerous as well.

Took them THREE hours to change my oil. I was intrigued because it's half the price of faster places, but you get what you pay for. The employees seemed nice though. I think they were just VERY understaffed. There's no good reason to be in a Walmart for three hours unless they're paying you. Also the waiting room is cramped into a corner, so definitely don't recommend if you're claustrophobic.

Went in to get a battery replacement. Took forever to get him to check my old battery. Finally when he came out to check, didn’t have his tools to work.
They have employed mechanics (George) who are worst at customer service.
3 hours later: they didn’t change the battery because I asked for replacement terminals and they were out of it.
3 hours and no phone call to inform me.
Great job at completing 10 minute job in 3 hrs.

Got help from Timothy when others weren't willing to. He overheard me going to another shop but quickly realized he would easily be able to help. Definitely went above and beyond.

The worst place to come too! Staff was jus standing around doing little to nothing. Had to wait 3hrs to have 2 tires replaced. They were not using the regular drive up lanes for service, they yelled at me through the window telling me to park in the parking lot and walk back over. The only bright 1 was the cashier, he has great patience and definitely should be commended for his service.

The guys that worked in the auto center were great. Very friendly and very helpful. The fact that one transaction can lock the only register they have in that area is plum stupid. You have to wait for a front end manager to saunter down and grace customers with their presence because there's absolutely no expedition to their movement. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Had a bulging tire (road hazard) and was turned away at 5: 25pm because of short staff. I was turned away by an associate and the auto manager. My tire just exploded on the road after leaving walmart. I had a warranty on my tire. No longer doing business with walmart.

Disappointed. Kept my car for two hours. I took uber home. And then got a call after two hours to pick my car because they can not find this one thing which can be used in fixing my car. Also they didn't service the car and few other tasks that I asked of. They said if we can not fix this one thing there is no point in fixing any other for which I clearly told them in the beginning that fix whatever you can. For the rest I'll get it done from the dealer.
But they refused. And I had to take another uber to bring back my car.
Hence, ridiculously disappointed.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND PATIENCE AT THIS PLACE! Staff including the "mechanics" are rude and don't know what they're doing! Guy named George at the help desk spent 30 minutes talking and laughing with some chicks with a long line of people needing to be serviced, then tells me it would be a 2 hr wait when I had just called and he said 1 hr. They didn't even have the oil I needed for my car. Trust me, spend the extra money and go to a real auto care center!

Never a good experience there. I have been there twice because it is close to my home. Customers are not appreciated but rather made to feel as a inconvenience rather than a priority. Staff seemed stressed for lack of managerial support.

I reached Walmart at 530pm. There were 2 customers that were infront of me, the store associate were no where to be seen. Aftering waiting for 15 minutes, the staff came back and was really laid back. After waiting another 10 minutes he start talking to the customers. I was not sure what he was doing, using some kind of devise for that 10 mins. I was informed that 2 the customers infront of me were the last customer they will serve today. I am not sure why they would shut down the line 1.5 hours before the store closed. No apologies were made. He could at least let me know before that rather letting me to wait for that long. Overall a very unpleasant experience. Not worth the time for the inferior service/ work.

We waited in line an hour+ for an associate to come in take our payment. Multiple people walked by, even a manager and no one knew who was supposed to be working the auto department. After we waited an hour for someone the mechanic came in and told us the employee was on break and will be back soon. I wouldn't recommend it.

I get why these guys are low rated. Ridiculously bad customer service and lazy workers, even for Walmart that’s bad.
