Walmart Auto Care Centers reviews
10My tire is being fixed in morning. Had to have it towed there. The closing guy was rude. But hopefully tomorrow is better
They disinfected the steering wheel and keys and changed. Checked all my systems and recommended wiper replacement. Grateful!
After being told to just get in line I was approached 1/2 hour later to get at end of the line that was not there when I got in line. I was next.
DO NOT USE WALMART!
I purchased new tires and when they were installed they scratched my rim.
Apparently this happens to like 1/4 customers.
I tried to make a complaint, and despite the scratch clearly happening that day, and clearly leading UNDER the tire, they are claiming it is curb damage.
BULLS***!
Because I generally have a good experience at this location, I am giving it a higher rating than my most recent experience deserves. I requested a tire rotation. I happened to be in the waiting area when the technician walked in to return my keys. When I approached the counter, he told me my TPM light was on and stated it should go off within 20 miles or 20 minutes. I thought this was unusual since we have never had that happen after previous rotations. But, since I'm not a mechanic, I didn't question it further. However, when I got home and looked at the paperwork, I realized why my light had activated. He deflated my tire pressure to 33 PSI when the label inside my vehicle clearly states 49 PSI. It was a busy afternoon, but I believe that this was a significant error that could easily have been avoided. As a safety precaution, I would encourage everyone to check and ensure their tires were set to the appropriate PSI before leaving the store.
They broke my coolant tank and they won’t take the fall for it when I have video and picture proof right after I got my oil change done. Strongly do not go here Bc they will break your stuff! I also payed for my car to be vacuum and they refused the service. Poor management! It took me three days to get ahold of a manager. Now I have to pay out of pocket on my car and I’ve missed days of work bc of it.
The service was long waited. When my vehicle was done, I never received a call from the mechanic to let me know. 3 hours I waited. The job was do e correct and I am satisfied.
The wait time is a little longer than I thought it should be but they deliver good work at an affordable price!
The lady was nice and took care of us the best she knew how when we first got there, but the man who checked me out at the end would not check out my groceries. I had less than 7 items in my cart! Had to go to self checkout then back to the service center to get my car. So because of his laziness, I'm rating a 2 star.
My Niece needed a bulb for her head light. The Auto Department staff assisted her in finding her year model and type in the book next to the locked cabinet. Success.
