There is nowhere to sit down, I had to wait standing with backache for while till tire replacement was done.

Two weeks ago I needed tires and came here with my elderly Mom, Ian took great care of us and did everything possible so we didn’t have to wait long. Horace at the register was super sweet and helpful. Now I’m back here at 7 pm right when they were about to close with my daughter’s car, she got a flat tire. CJ took great care of us today. If you ever need service for your care this is the place. Highly recommend them

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! The employees in the tire and lube center are liars and point the finger conveniently at anyone they can. The tech clearly stripped and sheared off my oil drain plug. There was fresh clean metal shards and new pliar marks on the side of the plug. They blamed the last store on Fry rd for the damage and told me they couldn't do the work. Even better they would not call and talk to the Fry rd store because they were having a "store to store feud". The guys on Fry rd showed me what was going on. Good guys on Fry rd.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Paid for an oil change that WASN'T completed. Subsequently had to take a day off of work to take my truck to a different place only to have the mechanic at THAT shop email me a (verified) video alerting me to the fact that less than a quart of oil had been put into my truck. To top it off, upon returning to this Walmart location to alert the manager of my issue - instead of retrieving the manager on duty as I requested upon my arrival - the shop supervisor and the service technician who was responsible for failing to complete the first oil change elected to debate me on whether or not an initial oil change had been completed. Credit to the cashier that I spoke with when I arrived, along with the manager on duty for properly addressing my issue once they were notified. Thanks to them, I was eventually offered fair remedy for my experience and the trouble it caused. However, as a long-time customer of this particular location, this was a very disappointing experience. Needless to say, I will never return to this location for any kind of vehicle service. Fortunately there are a lot of other places in the area that provide similar services and display far greater consideration for a positive front-line customer experience.

I was happy to get free battery replacement since it was under warranty and did not have to pay. Replacement done with no issues.

Call before go to change the battery.she hand up and i call again, she says has the battery.so i drive by.and pull inside the bay.saying about 30mins.so i wait.and 20 mins later, she comes and tell me there is an appointment coming for 10am they need to finish the appointment first (1hour more). I look at the clock.there is 10: 15am.the appoinment show up late and you just 10 more mins to finish.she seens not care and pull my truck out from the bay.

Wow. I went to the he auto care center at Walmart and the staff was so friendly. Very knowledgeable also. I would definitely recommend for anyone that is needing service to make the trip to this location.

First time in this location since moving to a new house. As soon as I parked, someone came from inside to greet me and asked me what I needed. The wait time was decent. It is a WalMart so very busy. The only reason I gave 4 star is that the check out process was a bit chaotic. First they couldn't find my paperwork. Then, when they found it, it did not scan correctly. The cashier had to go out to ask the technician why it wasn't scanning for check out. It delayed my check out about 5 minutes so not a big deal. I will be coming back for future oil change.

Best Wal-Mart service ever. I am from out of town stopped to pick up some things went back out to my truck and it was dead. Went back to automotive told them what happened a man named Horace took a battery and cablea and a battery tester walked all the way around the store. Tested my battery it was dead helped me get it jumped amd got me back to automotive to get a new one. It took a minute (they were busy). Thank you Horace and the whole crew.

Just because i had to actually give it a star! Very unprofessional and don’t do things right.changed the settings on my dashboard to FRENCH and when i went back to tell them they told me it wasn’t them.i only live 10 min away how was it possible to change on its own.then my trunk dint open afterwards either.my passengers door is crashed in a little and they try to blame it on that when i been able to get my oil change done with no problem in the past.they told me to fix my door bc they couldn’t do anything i even spoke to the manager and he was NO HELP! The lady that takes the i formation was given instructions about the car from me and she did the tots opposite. NEVER AGAIN!

I had an bad experience with Walmart buying tires. So I bought tires online and ask them if my tires got the the store and the man who picked up the phone I couldn't u understand a single word he was saying. Then was trying to correct me of my last name. I was on hold for 30 minutes and I drove from my house to Walmart while on hold and I made it there with the guy about to pick up the phone and tell me if my tires were there. Then I ask for a manager to be able to check them in.
Then the next day I want to go in my tires put on but they had to go find my tires again. Them I dropped off my truck and then I waited like 20 minutes later are they told me all they they couldn't put tires on my vehicle because it wasn't the factory size tires. I had to go to a different place to go get them put on spend more money then I paid for the tire to get out on.

Went in for a battery. We had to do the research, select, and bring the battery up to the counter ourselves. We had expected to at least be asked if we needed help. Don't forget to bring in your old battery or there is the standard core charge added to the price.

Oil change took no time but the woman who took my information apparently didn't put down for a tire rotation so after the oil change was done I was put behind I long line and then after waiting an additional hour and a half I was told they can't do it.

It was okay but getting new tires and tech charged me for stems and you dont replace them on newer cars, and did not reset sensors after putting on my new tires. This was Fry Road and Park Row store in Katy, Texas.
