Bad customer service, rude employees and it looked like employees were working on their own cars and stealing stuff. Will never come here again.

Told me it would take a couple of hours to change my battery because of other cars ahead but they got me done much faster. Everyone I spoke to was polite and professional.

It's busy, so it's kind of a long wait. However, they do great work and the prices are reasonable.

It might be cheap, but it’s not worth the hassle. Clear a day or 2 if you want to deal with these people. They are incompetent and unorganized. I’m on day 2 with them all for them to say that they can’t help me fix what they messed up. Highly NOT recommended!

I am severely disappointed in this service center. I bought tires online and scheduled an installation at De Zavala Walmart. I show up for my appointment and they put my car up to replace my old tires only to inform me that the tires I had bought where not in the store and that someone else had bought them the previous day, making them out of stock. They had one of the tires and offered to install the one or I could go to the one on Vance Jackson that have them all in stock. This is what I was told. I asked if there would be any issues if I went to the other store and they said it should be fine and to talk to the service manager, Steve, to get everything taken care of. I travelled to the other store on Vance Jackson and explained the situation and they checked me in and told me that it would be a 2+ hour wait because they were already working on 2 other vehicles and were short staffed. I needed to get my tires replaced right away as the tires on my car were old and leaking air so I opted to wait instead of coming back later and risk a longer wait. I walked around the store and managed to spend 3.5 hours window shopping. I returned to the auto care center to see the techs filling the tires with air and checking the psi before driving my vehicle out of the bay. I waited another 15 minutes before I caught the attention of an associate to ask about my vehicle. They admitted it was finished and went to ring me up. I was expecting to just pay the installation fee since I already paid for the tires online and was not told anything otherwise. They rang me up for everything. They wanted me to pay for their tires that came from their store. I tried explaining that I had already paid for them online. They told me they would have to take the tires off my car and put the old ones back on and I would have to return to the De Zavala location to get the exact tires I paid for if I didn’t want to pay for the new ones. I wasted my entire morning! The only other solution was to have the De Zavala store refund me so I could purchase the ones from Vance Jackson. I explained however that I had to purchase the tires through a 3rd party financing to be able to afford the tires where the 3rd party pays Walmart for the merchandise and I pay back the 3rd party in smaller installments. If they refunded me, I wasn’t sure if I would be able to use the funds right away to purchase their tires. Vance Jackson store called De Zavala to confirm some info and turns out that store had all my tires the entire time! The auto center associates just didn’t want to spend the time to find where my order was placed and sent me off to Vance Jackson as “their problem”. If they had just taken the extra time and consideration I wouldn’t have wasted my entire morning and the staff at Vance Jackson wouldn’t have to deal with fixing the issue. I was casted away as an inconvenience and do not appreciate it. I can say that I will NEVER use ANY Walmart auto center EVER again. The staff at the other store were able to work out a simple solution for me, but all of it was unnecessary. And despite their professionalism at that store, I have lost ALL confidence in Walmart’s ability to ensure customer service.

Dawnielle in the auto center needs to be removed from this store. She's very aggressive and rude to the other employees in that area. Seen her being extremely rude and talking down to one of the employees there and ended up making her cry. Talked with the other workers and all seem to have similar issues with her. Extremely bad for the work environment and mental health of your employees there.

If you don't want to waste your time do not go to this Walmart Auto Care Center not a good service at all very slow and you just spend your money + your time
I did couple times I thought they will be good but no they are not

Don’t waste you money here they will not honor the warranty and they will try to sell you more tires. I bought 4 tires here 10 months ago and last night I had a flat tire and my car does not come with a spare tire so T took it off and brought it in the tire had less than 10k miles on it but they will not honor the because they can’t see the car physically
