Walmart Auto Care Centers, Fort Worth TX

I’ve delivered to dozens of Walmarts around DFW. This by far worst shop. TEAM LEAD had no help whatsoever. I have numerous of other stores to hit so I can get home to my family for New Year’s. All I need to do is roll them off the trailer like I have been with every other respectful, cooperative store. This store I rolled them off, walked them inside and stacked them. Location did not look busy. There was plenty of time for somebody to help. On top of that pulling up to the shop, one of their mechanics drove out of the bay, speeding, circling around the lot to go park it like he’s in fast and furious, and we’re supposed to trust our 20-60k car with them.

It says service center. But it lacs service
Seemed like a pretty simple request to have four tires installed
But after five hours over the course of two days.only three tires were achieved

As always, great prices and great selections. Customer service seems to be improving as well.

The white man didn't want to be bothered so I went to a different want for a oil change

Awesome service, had trouble finding tires due to the way they were shipped by the company, sherry in the automotive department handled the entire situation and found tires, did amazing, I recommend her to anyone going to the automotive section of Walmart 5 star employee

In the two times I’ve been here for tire issues, great service and great people both counter and service help. Highly unusual for a Walmart. Thank God for a select few that gives hope.

Cherry was very helpful on the phone. She helped me find the best options and was very patient with me. Greatly appreciate her time when she helped me in the store as well. By the way, they got everything done in a very timely manner. Highly recommend.:) I got there around 11: 30 and was out around an hour, that is not bad at considering all the work they did on my car.:)

They are terrible. I tried to get my oil changed and they said they couldn’t because the sound of my car. My car currently sounds like this due to having low oil. This is the second time Walmart has made a terrible excuse for why they wouldn’t work on my car. I went down the street and payed more then double to have another company do it. I won’t be back and will recommend everyone not to use their service going forward. Useless service to have

If you want a repair done you might choose somewhere else. People just stare at you in the bay and never come to the vehicle to check you in.

Great experience, not a long wait. Had to go back in to ask them to reset my oil thing to just got oil changed.
