Walmart Auto Care Centers, Buda TX

I had to visit this Walmart Auto Care in an emergency because one of my car tire blew out on the road. The team here was quite efficient. They checked all the tires within 45 minutes and replaced the damaged tire with a new one. They provided information about all the tires and also explained about the affordable tire options. It was a good service.

Was about to leave the hotel to continue our trip & discovered the car had a flat tire. Wal-mart team in Buda, TX got us in right away and on the road within 1 hour. The mechanic was very friendly and checked/inflated the other tires to make sure they were OK too.

Gil was especially attentive to our needs. Had to purchase 4 tires due to vandalism and we were well-taken care of

Went to get my car serviced for an oil change a week after my car threw a check engine light and went into reserve power mode took it to a mechanic turns out they had stripped my oil pan bult they refused to pay for my damages a $60 oil change ended up costing me $400 provided pictures had all my receipts from this incident which I provided to the manager Omar and was told just to take my refund of $60 because customer service would not do anything about it he said “I have seen worse damages to other vehicles and they were not covered” worst place if I could rate a 0 I would!

Just wanted to write a quick review complimenting Brady in the auto service department. He helped me work thru a minor issue with my diesel truck that turned into a big deal because of negligence on my part. He offered friendly advice and showed me exactly what to do moving forward to avoid the same issue. Give Brady a raise and hold on to him please.he's exceptional at what he does.

I'm giving a one star cuz. I made an appointment for them to install two tires on my 2019 ram 3500 stock tires and wheels I got here, waited for a little bit And they told me. That they can't do it cuz the men installing my tires said they are to Heavy that hes a old man. How can you mess up your bacj? Lifting original tires and rim from my pickup truck if you cant do the job don't work in a tire shop go Clean the restroom inside.

After waiting 2 days for the AC tech to return, I was told it would be a 2-3 hour wait. My car had not been touched after 2.5 hours. I spoke to a manager who was able to get it into the garage (finally). The tech was not able to fix my car, so I ended up recharging my AC myself. YouTube for the win!

Never can get help when needed. Ridiculous that they close at 4pm. They should at least stay open until 6.

I scheduled an 8: 00 appointment to install one tire. Two and a half hours later my truck is still sitting up on the lift with nobody working on it. Two technicians standing inside looking at computer screens, but nobody working on either of the two vehicles in the service bays. Service writer was nice at check in though.

Called at 4: 12pm on a Wednesday and the employee said they were closed. Website says auto care centers are open until 7pm so just a heads up?

Best Walmart Auto Center in the 20 mile range from my place. Staff was friendly and I got out quick on a Saturday morning. I drive past a Walmart to get to this location but the customer service they provide is worth it. Auto Center is right of the building behind garden center.

Competitively priced. Didn’t have half of the services they advertised actually available so will need to make another trip. Quick service, however you have to be there in person to make an appointment and then hang around which seems dated. All in all mediocre at best.

I saved when I bought a battery for my dump trailer. And my tires!

The techs in the bay are very polite and courteous. The cashiers are usually not around, and they are hell'o rude when they get there. I've had one nice cashier at this location.

This place is so unorganized and ZERO communication. I ordered 4 tires in advance online through Walmart and I set up an appointment to get installed and they went ahead and cancelled it. Then I called and they couldn’t find all tires because 1 was missing then I call next day and none are there then I tell them there was 3 there yesterday and she goes and looks again and says oh yeah they are here. I ask to set up an appointment to get installed and says we don’t do appointments so I asked if I can go drop it off and she said yes. I get there 10 minutes later and they are full and not accepting anymore work. So I waited there for 30 min and wasted my gas to not get anything done except to come back next day which they set up AN APPOINTMENT NOW. Never getting anything from this auto care again. Worst experience in MY LIFE!

Went in for oil change early afternoon couple months ago, and was shortly notified that they weren't doing any more that day.went back around noon another day and it ended up okay
