7Called for the price of an oil change, quoted $34.88. Dropped my car off and after an hour they called me, had not done any work and told me it was now $59.88 then I had to wait another 15 minutes to get my car, what a waste of time.
Can't even rotate tires correctly. They were horrible on basic service
On for an oil change. In and out on less than an hour. So good experience.
Needed to get 2 tires. Started by calling the burleson location to see what they had in stock the day I was going. Lady on the phone said they had 2. Get there and they say they can’t find them. Then he looked again and said they have them but they’re reserved for someone online. Then he looked in the system to see which other stores have the tires I need and found that the cleburne store had 10 in stock and that would be my best bet. So I drove 30 min to cleburne. Guy in the garage immediately came up to me asking what I was there for. Told him 2 tires. This was 30 min before closing. He turned and yelled into the garage “we’re not going home yet” then told me to go inside to pay. The guy inside looks it up in system, shows they have 10 in stock. He went to look to make sure said he only found one. Then went to garage to look for another and came back saying nope only one. I asked why the system shows they have 10 he said it was wrong. The system is only as good as the person inputting the data. Will never buy tires at Walmart. The system is only as good as the person inputting the data. Do BETTER WALMART!
Returned a battery with a warranty and they took care of it right away and gave me a new one
Nobody knew what the hell they were doing they were rude very inexperienced had no clue to what they were doing joke and played like little children whenever supposed to be adults doing a job I am not only never coming back there I'm going to express my feelings to everyone I know and anyone that will hear me the only reason I'm giving you one star is because I cannot post this unless I do you don't deserve that no work close to it
Very bad service, I needed an oil change and tire rotation. They told me the wait would be approximately one hour. At the time they send me a message that the car is ready, I go and that only the oil change was ready, I needed to wait about 20 minutes for the rotation, I waited 1 hour 15 minutes and I asked for my car and they told me it was not ready so I canceled the service. Waited more than 1 hour for nothing.
