Walmart Neighborhood Market, Fort Worth TX

NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT! All the workers are always so nice and friendly but we just waited in line for 30 MINUTES! Waiting to buy groceries for dinner. Short staffed! Not enough workers means your current employees will be stressed and not there for your customers. Do better. For all the employees struggling during this time I pray for you

Gas station closed 10 minutes early and wouldn't let me in to purchase gas a fountain drink and snacks because he/she (not sure) had plans to go out later.

Always out of stuff and they have way too many workers working. U cant even go down the aisle without running into 3 or more carts from workers doing online pickup. Its ridiculous.

Slow service rude people workers don't have time for customers and half of them don't know where half the items are

I do my grocery shopping at this location every week. This past Friday I was doing self-checkout and an employee was standing at the entrance to my checkout line staring at me the whole time I was ringing up. Towards the end of me ringing up everything I noticed that she had finally walked off, only to be accosted by her when I was exiting my lane asking me about whether or not I rang up a case of soda and two popcorn tins. I made her aware that they were the first things I rung up with the handheld scanner gun. She demanded to see my receipt. Then she was giving me a hard time because the receipt said "beverage" instead of Dr pepper on it. I could not believe that she was questioning my integrity like that even after I showed her a receipt. I don't remember her name, because I was upset. But I do remember it said that she was in some kind of training on her badge. I don't think her training is going very well.

This is place is clean and well stocked. My wife and I have found employees that work in the isles stocking product, etc, to be kind and helpful in answering our questions about where to find an item we can't seem to find. It's been our "go to, " store for groceries. We drive out of our way just to shop here at this store. Prior to today's experience in the store, I would have given this location 5 stars. Today's experience was terrible all due to one employee named, Sheila, who seemed to be in some sort of a position of managing employees working at the front registers. I won't go into the issue we had with her as it would be too much to write here, but she was so very rude, with no clue how to handle customer relations, like with my wife and I. It was so bad, we will not go back to this location. We left the store after spending over $300 for groceries there feeling violated, mistreated, and mad. All because of Sheila. Terrible attitude and customer service.

Clean and with plenty of staff. Shelves stocked and was a great location to get in and out with no issues. Will return to location

I can always find what I need. They are a little bit busy, but that probably speaks volumes for their customer service.

Neighborhood Walmart at Heritage Trace and Beach is the friendliest Walmart my wife and I have ever shopped and done business with the pharmacy! They all treat us like family and are super helpful! The compassionate care of the pharmacy by the pharmacist and technicians is second to none! I highly recommend Neighborhood Walmart to anyone needing to shop or receive pharmaceutical support!

Cleaner environment than the normal wall Mart, maybe because of the location. Friendly staffs too.

Great place to go shopping it’s not too big and not too small either. It’s a good change up from the normal Walmart’s you think of and the crowds of people you usually find there.

Very convient, always have what I'm looking for and very helpful associates. My most recent trip i spent getting ammunition for my guns, because I was going to the shooting range, and as usuall Walmart had the best prices by far in town. Not only that regularly come here for groceries and any other needs my family has. Awesome place and will continue to come here.

Its ok. I dont like the setup of the store. And half the staff is nice and helpful while management is a bit rude like they cant be bothered. They only have like 2 regular registers with cashier, while they have a bunch of self check outs.

Out of stock on many things I wanted such as snack pack carrots. Hate self checkout but only one manned lane was open and backed up. Buying beer in self checkout takes way too long.

Still the same good food, but, they have put the customer at the bottom of the list. All the scan and shop, and half the checkers. Waited in line 15 min. With all the other lines 4 deep. Hardly anyone in scan lines.

Another Wal Mart Gone Bad. The trend of having one cash register open and 9 self check outs continues. Today I was just trying to check out through self check out and there continued you to be an error but there was no front end manager to clear the register. I went to a second register and the same thing happened. In one area the sign read Avocados. 48 per pound and another area it was. 68 each. I told the front end person this when she finally showed up and she told me they are not per pound so I showed her the sign. I went to the service desk and someone showed up there. I was trying to get what the price said on the sign that I looked at and I had bought 4 of them. They would not allow me to get what the sign said, but said I could buy one at. 48. I just ended up getting a total refund as the manager and produce guy changed the error in the sign as I left. No customer service allowed here

Not at all pleased with this store today. Waited in line at the deli/bakery counter for 22 min.behind 1 customer and an inept employee. Two inept employees! Finally I got to the counter to order cupcakes and the clerk tells me to go to bakery. I pointed out that the sign says DELI/BAKERY and she informs me that they don't make cupcakes at this location. Thanks! And buying graham cracker cookies to get home and find them expired! Thanks again.

Better than trying to get in and out of the regular Walmart for groceries and often they have better prices than the Walmart literally less than a mile away.
