Walmart Neighborhood Market, El Paso TX

Sometimes not so well stocked (THANKS COVID) but always a favorite store of mine. It has better produce than other WM Markets. Their alcohol selection is on par and comes in handy during quarantine (haha). Employees are nice and mostly friendly but it is Walmart. I will be back.

Came here before not a lot of variety, the place seems a bit poor. Even tough the employees treat you very nicely and generous.

Curbside services are great although I had to wait awhile for my groceries. They were great.at selecting the freshest for the day. Good team.

We all know Walmart is a great place to shop. I even met 2 pretty girls there.but for this review it's all about being 5 minutes from my house so great location

We have been using Walmart pick up for the last few months. We love it. They are so fast and easy to work with and the folks that they have are always so helpful and polite.

Brandy and Joseph where attentive and they where so quick to help load our groceries into they car

Do not feel safe. I need to speak with management about local law enforcement posted. The law enforcement officers posted are always observed with eyes on the screens of their cell phones and not on the parking lot where I have observed multiple incidents of suspicious activity - Possible drug dealings. Let us remember that these actions could always escalate to the actions of Jersey City incident date 12-10-19. Their subcontracted security guards are even more oblivious to their surrounding areas. Ridiculous.

Very first time at a place like this. It was a lot of fun to walk around, and the staff were very helpful!

Employees make the difference at this location. Think about it, one Walmart is the same as the next one. Difference? The service!

The students from Franklin High School are rude and disrespectful Those students hate security officers some of them want to start fights

So you have to check yourself out now, it was optional before but now you have no other choice. You go early so you can avoid the crowds and they have ZERO check out people. Early for me was 8am.

I like this place and always shop here. What I didn't like was the other day buying grapes there was an error in the price on weight and it charged me twice at different prices. The young man who fixed deleted the lower price. It was only thirty cents, but he should have given me the lower price. I was too sick to argue, but come on. Is this how they train their employees and don't give me policy. I was at a district level position in retail for 30 years and I would given the lower price. Corporate America has destroyed America's family values.

I absolutely love this store. I always have excellent customer service. Except for today.ive come here for years, since it opened. I moved about 6 months ago and this is now the furthest of 3 walmarts from my house. I still come here cause it truly feels like a neighborhood walmart. Alot of the staff calls me by name and I enjoy their customer service. I give 5 star ratings at least every couple of weeks. Today, I went in for one thing, and I saw some wine discounted down a buck or two. It caught my attention so I grabbed two bottles. When I went to the register I realized that they had two different prices. One was $8.47 and the other was $9.98. When I scanned the $8.47 it rang up as $9.98. So I asked the cashier about it. He said they are both $9.98. I mentioned that the sticker said otherwise. He called a manager. LUIS. Luis Said they were both $9.98 because it looks like someone tampered with the sticker. I'm not real sure if he was insinuating that I did, but a thief, I am not. I told him I didnt change the sticker and when it scans, it says $9.98. But sticker says $8.47. Can he honor the sticker price. He said no. I told him to return everything. What's happened to customer service? Its evident that there is an error occurring on the walmart side of things and rather than him acknowledging it. Hed rather make accusations of sticker changing and lose a sale. I spend $1200 approx a month at this store. And if LUIS is willing to lose a loyal customer for $1.51.maybe the boss shouldn't leave little man in charge when hes gone. His lack of customer service skills and attitude of the big man on campus is what has me taking the time to make this review. Horrible.this is the first time in all these years that I give this place a bad review

Really nice, clean, as much as you can expect from a Walmart. I went later since I dont like being around a lot of people and it was great. They've been around for a while but self checkout is way easy to use.

My only advice would be that they should start taking apple pay. That would be really nice.

This store is a nightmare, it doesn't has a different flavors for royal jello or jello brand, no bacon Peyton brand. The spots are empty. No hope

Great place for quick stops and less expensive than a corner store. I always shop hear when short on time for my needs. Thanks Walmart, you're the best

Everything's a dollar or two cheaper than Albertsons. I was surprised you will be too. Great selection.

Love this store however the shelfs are are always half empty or empty on numerous items. Example milk.they sell their brand however its taste is not as good as Prices milk.got the last gallon of 2%. This my seem simple to some but, i love milk.like beer and i can't rember when they had a 12 pack of tecate. Albertsons a better store and prices milk is less expensive and their meat selection puts WM to shame. I don't mind paying for quality and selection. Customer service is excellent.

Reasonably priced grocery store located in a small shopping center. Perfect for frequent shopping trips to pick up necessary grocery items. The only negative is that the parking lot is tiny and tends to be super crowded.

Every time you want buy beauty products, you have to go get a representative because they're under key and sometimes you just don't have timeto do that, so you end up not taking what you need, I rather go to walgreens when I need beauty products; if they're afraid that people will steal them, why don't they have someone there all the time or change all those products to where the representative can see them

Store Pharmacy never gets my partial refill on a specific medication filled. It's always on HOLD, and they can never say Why, or Who puts it on HOLD. Its a Partial refill which has a RX number already on file. I ALWAYS have to WAIT!? !
