Walmart Neighborhood Market, Hurst TX

Only disappointing thing about this Walmart marketplace is they funnel you in the entrance and out the exit. Entrance doors won't open if try to exit the doors from the inside. You gotta use the ol manually pull them open.

Overall if you go in this store the service is great five stars but if you call to see if they have anything the service is horrible three stars which is my reason for this review I called several times and I was asked to call back and each time I was asked to call back when I asked if they sold that specific product they would just hang up in my face multiple times I feel this is unprofessional this is their job what the freak are they doing

My experience at this neighborhood Walmart was wonderful Thanks to Morgan a stocker that helped assist me in finding the items i needed for a friend that was sick. Thank you Morgan, you deserve a raise girl. You went out of your way for my friends needs and we appreciate you!

I like this place but it has limited inventory. It's frustrating to me when half of the items on my list are not there and I need to go somewhere else to get the rest. Nevertheless, it's the only game in town around me, so I'm grateful it's there. Always clean, fresh veggies, nice employees, inexpensive gasoline.

100% self checkout. Worst Walma been bb rt I've ever been to. Horrible customer service. People don't know how to use the machines so you can be waiting in line forever to purchase 1 item. Will never return here

Just one person at a register would help so much. Then I would have to wait for 3 stooges to figure out the problem.

Long lines because people are slow at self checkout. Also customer service closed at 6 when it says 8? I was standing in line for about 20min before what seemed like a manager came up to me to say in a rude manner that the line was closed and kicked me out of line even though there were still people in front of me taking their sweet time. I always come to this location (only because it’s close to home) and the workers always seem to just hate being here and helping customers.

This was one of my favorite Walmart Neighborhood Markets to go to. I like how it is arranged, and it's always organized. BUT today I went and someone had a bright idea to reprogram the checkout process (there is only self checkout). Even though there is a large place to put groceries after bagging, the computer kept telling me "unexpected item in bagging area" I had to remove EVERY item as it was scanned. I was using one bag per item. Finally I just started trying to bag in my basket so I wasn't wasting bags, but it was getting confusing to keep up with what I hadn't rung up yet. I sure hope they change it back to how it was, otherrwise I will only be shopping here if I jist 1 or 2 things.

Wal-Mart making a bundle by having customer do-it-all. Self service checkout. Things have taken a dive since Sam left us.

Lisa the front manager that was there the day I came in.is the most rudest person ever the way she talks to the kids that work up there is horrible.y'all should be ashamed to have a worker that is that rude.that walmart clearly does not care who they hire. Lisa you're a disgusting person and I hope you don't have children cause if you do I feel sorry for them.

Excellent small market with lots of basic home needs sold there and the place is always neat. I love it

Went to get my daughter her vaccine. I was told on the phone that she could get the shot and they had the vaccine on site. When I got there they told me she was too young and they didn't have the shot she needed. But they did refer me to Walgreens where we were able to walk in and get the shot.

Possible Safety Hazard

What is this and why was it left leaking and accessible to children?

This leaking spray bottle was sitting on the floor unattended next to the interior exit door. When we called it to the attention of two different employees and asked what it was we were told it was insecticide.

There was no attempt made to secure the sprayer or to wipe up the spillage even though we made a suggestion that this might be a good course of action. The sprayer and floor remained in this condition for at least 15 minutes while we were there and remained in that state as we left.

Recently went on 19th of April 2021. Was in line to purchase Father's day groceries, hamburgers hot dogs etc. Plus a 6 pack of beer. Our 16 yr old daughter was with us. My wife and I married 21 yrs. Could not purchase beer because of a new rule they have! What? You cannot purchase any alcohol products while a minor is with you! I am a former Marine and 52 yrs.old. Like what? Is anyone else having this problem? Won't shop here again. Will go to another grocer. Stupid policy.

Their computers were down I couldn't buy groceries I have to check out myself and I don't get paid for it it sucks

I enjoy this place. I dont mind the self Check out as a 34yr old. On the other hand, It is very sad to see older people having to bag their own stuff and do all that work along with all the new technology. Not fair to them at all: (

This WalMart has the best polite and respectful workers! Every employee that I run into greets me! LOVE it!

This store is decent but it is completely self checkout which sucks. I don't get paid to ring up and bag my own groceries. Pretty soon the big Walmart Super Center on Precinct will be like that as well. I hardly shop there anymore because of that.
