Walmart Neighborhood Market, Plano TX

Always bad.slow, some nice older cashiers. All the young ones got a attitude problem. Why would you hire people like that. Never smile. Never ask can i hope you. Even all the managers too, soooôo bad. Never smile say high. Nothing. The worst store period. Yall need to do something about it. This been going on about two years. It needs to start from the top.and its not happened! The managers our bad!

Entered into the store and everything was well organized and the store was very clean. We only needed to pickup a few items, but none of them were in stock. My wife asked one of the employees to check his handheld device and the four options that we gave him were all out of stock. We were able to find alternative items, so it wasn't a wasted trip. That is one good thing about Walmart, they have a variety of items to choose from. We were able to walk right up to a self check out register without having to wait in line. Other than not having the items we came for, this was a good experience.

I shop here sometimes had to go to the pharmacy for my parents and cat snacks and I just saw the detroit style pizzas that I saw they need to rival the chicago style deep dish pizza and maybe the san francisco style deep dish

Made an appointment for a booster a week ago, came in and they told me they didn’t have any. Would’ve been better if they just cancelled my appointment instead of me wasting a trip.

Cleaner and very well stocked with necessities that other Walmarts near me can't seem to keep in stock.

Staff not helpful. Asked where something was located, got an "I'm not sure "? No good. Said hello to cashier, no reply.

Great location - The manager there has the prettiest eyes - she def keeps me going back - just to see her.

The late night management or morning management has no respect to that of a customer. No where to be found.

ALWAYS CHECK DATES. I have had to return many items (6) for expired items; cheese meats canned goods. This Walmart also has some of the rudest workers. They have been a pain for redeeming 5 gallon waters from. I avoid this Walmart as much as I can!

That's right I decided to night to stop by it was close to closing time but the works were very professional

Unfortunately they rarely have anything stocked when I go in 2x a week. Whether it is on a weekend or during the week, their shelves are bare. I doubt this store will be open much longer. Cashiers are hard to find. It is mostly.self check out.

I'm very disappointed the store did not have it enough cashiers deadlines people trying to get bathing groceries they were very long and by accident I trying to do self checkout and the machine only accept credit cards so I called the person in chargeand he never appointed to me or directing me and let me know there were another machines that were cash only and he just let me go and get in line after like 20 people in front of me and I got delay for my event did I'm hosting

Do not get used to doing your weekly shopping here the inventory here will make you crazy. It is not a quick stop because you will have to go to another store for something you just bought there the previous week. There is no customer service you might as well stop at a gas station with groceries.

Its a really usable place like If you need to buy foods, but the only thing that is really bothering is that there are only foods and food related. They don't have clothings or any devices. Overall the good thing is that its really near! Try shopping there too!

I was in and out in minutes, I saved a lot of money with buying groceries and other cooking essentials. This one is similar to the other Walmart that is just about a few miles from this one, but the layout is different.

I had a curbside pick up order today, and Gracie was amazing. She brought my groceries out as soon as I parked, and I received all my items in good shape. Thank you for your help! She is awesome and super sweet.
