Walmart Neighborhood Market, El Paso TX

Many times the only option is to scan your own groceries since no cashiers are open. Acceptable selection of items for store size. Well organized and clean.

This location has really gone down. A lot of isles are empty. Especially the produce department. I couldn't find anything there that I needed. I left without buying anything and left for a super WalMart. Maybe I just happened to go on a busy night.

Clean and friendly store, The only bad thing found was the end of some isles were impossible for a wheelchair to get through due to end caps stocked with product. So had to go around and find another way.

Going to a Neighborhood WalMart in the middle of the week when it is slow is extremely amazing! Everything is totally in place and it is immaculate! You can even walk the aisles without having to wait to look at something. I know when you are there during a peak period, it gets extremely hectic and it is very hard to find things. Either way, the Staff is always pleasant here and are willing to help you find whatever you need. This is by far my favorite Neighborhood WalMart in town.

Wheelchair friendly easy access and the workers helped and were understanding when a problem during checkout payment occurred and helped resolve it.

Lines are backed up and employees are just standing around, the only lines that are open are the self checkout lines. They make it seem as if it is to much to open up 1 of the 4 lines that require a walmart employee to help check out customers.

Tried an online order.not good. Order was wrong, they overcharged us and/or swapped items out that cost more than what we selected. Went back to ask for a refund on they told us 3-10 days to refund the money. What is that? It took 2 seconds to TAKE my money? !? !

Very Clean, stocked, friendly staff and almost always has everything you need on your shopping list in one place! Very convenient when you are in a rush and have to get your shopping done quickly!

If you are a hispanic male, be prepared for the police, security and associates to stare you down the entire time you shop. Not to be helpful but like you're a criminal. I've been shopping here since the store opened and these last few months have been ridiculous. I understand security but making the shopper feel uncomfortable is overboard.

Best employees out of any Walmart in El Paso. Everyone who works at this location is 5 stars. I like to joke that I go there so often because it's my "social time" but between you and me, it's not a joke. Bunch of cool cats and groovy prices. Just wish you guys carried Brita filters here so I could avoid the Blue Beast.

The Walmart is not bad, but if you are going to hire security, maybe make sure they are not always on the phone or sitting in the truck asleep.
