Walmart Neighborhood Market, Spring TX

Came to return some strawberries I had purchased this morning (they were molded and slimey in the middle of the container), and 4 different employees walked right past me as I was waiting in the customer service line and no one said anything. There was an employee in front of me the entire time, looked at me a few times, and said absolutely nothing as I continued to wait. Joseph, the "lead" (that's what his vest said, but clearly he shouldn't be a lead), walked past me TWICE, both times within less than 5 feet and did not acknowledge me at all. Finally, one of the employees told me customer service was temporarily closed because the person working was doing something with cash and wouldn't be out until she's finished. It's after 9: 30AM so it should be open, but I guess not.

Website says items are out of stock but go inside and it's on the shelf.
Who's doing inventory?
Curbside at this location is less than desired.

Couldn't answer the phone when I got there, The employee was too busy talking to another employee. Then when it was time to pay, they finally saw me and ask cash or card then pointed me to the register that didn't even take cash when they told me to go there. Then I ask for help and they were too busy talking that I had to get a little mad for them to Actually help me. Worst Customer service.

This is my favorite Walmart now I love it because it's small like the Walmart used to be in the gas station is Walmart gas station and I can get sodas for 78 cents and the people that work there are awesome and I just really this is my favorite favorite Walmart

No cash registers at all! Only self check out. Doing a lot of shopping and don't feel like bagging your own groceries don't go here. Elderly or handicap please beware!

Great prices on gas. Seldom go in the store. They changed their checkout and I get very frustrated trying to get the machine and young ladies to get things completed

Great gas price. Probably the lowest in town. Getting gas is easy and convenient. Pumps are open for credit card use after hours too.

This location is Self Checkout only, which beats standing in long lines. The trade off is: the workers that used to be cashiers are now shoppers and the customers are now cashiers who are paying higher prices since COVID.

As far as being nice and stocked I'd give 10 stars. But. Walmart does not pay me to work there, therefore I should not have to check myself out and bag my own groceries. (All self checkouts) Now take away tax, lower cost if we have to do our own checkout, we do not work there!

Great parking. Weird to have a guard by the front door. Ok selection, not extensive. No real registers. You have to check yourself out. Not cool. How many people

Giving 3 stars because of employee rudeness. Had an issue on 5th April 2021 at around 6: 00 PM with employee named LISA over a shopping cart. There was an empty, unattended cart on the aisle and I grabbed it to put my groceries on it.the employee named Lisa still in uniform approached me and rudely indicated “thats my car. ” I said, oh I am sorry, here is your cart, I did not assume it belong to anyone, let along an employee as this cart is just here on the aisle with no groceries and unattended. ” So very very rudely Lisa said “ just because I work here, doesn't mean I do not shop here” and proceded to go the to the back of the store (warehouse?) area, with another push cart. So I left “her” empty cart on the aisle and I then proceded to go the front of the store to grabbed another cart. ” I thought what a rude employee, lacking of customer service. ” I walked to the deli section and asked another employee for her name and Lisa came back and confronted me and said “are you looking for me. ” at this point I am thinking this is too much for an empty cart that belongs to Walmart and not the employee.an exchange of words ensued and I made it clear to LISA her position was wrong In many ways. LISA went her way and continue talking and indicating she did not care about anything and so on. Eventually, I got to the checkout line and checked out and spoked to an MOD and let her know the situation. I will be contacting store manager MELISSA as the rudeness from the part of this employee was truly uncalled for.

I love this neighborhood market. Lots of parking spaces, gasoline good prices, inside store clean and always fully stocked shelves and freezers, and crisp, fresh produce. And easy check-out with really nice attendants.
All-in-All

No water in the restrooms to wash your hands, I guess none for the employees either huh, now I have soap on my hands and concern for the cleanliness of the store (no paper towels to wipe the soap off either, just those dryer machines which have been proven to make your hands dirtier than not washing them.

This Walmart has no actual cashiers. It is entirely self checkout, even if you have a large cart.

Please do not make this a thing at all Walmarts. I enjoy the human interaction and I am not for the big business penny pinching. Walmart is not that great a deal anyway. If you do not support this please go down the road to Foodtown. They have many friendly cashiers on staff.

I just don't get it when u have a long line of people and the management will do nothing to help the people check out to eliminate the rush of people. It takes some one to just care and help the family woman or man get out of the store and back to their home with their purchases.

I really like this Walmart. They have pretty much everything you need or could get at H-E-B but the prices are better and you can get in and out quick.
