Walmart Neighborhood Market, Wylie TX

The lady that work’s customer service named Shirley Smith is very rude. She will watch Hispanic and blacks check out and will accused them of stealing. I have heard made comments that Mexicans don’t belong here. This lady has been very disrespectful to many.

I’m sad to leave this Walmart behind. This has been my favorite Walmart to go to for the past 10 years. But this changed my entire perspective. I’ve seen this guy since the beginning. His name is carl. He flirts with me every time I go there. But a couple days ago, he touched me in the most uncomfortable way.

This is our favorite hidden neighborhood Walmart to visit. Always has 3 areas of clearance items that are sort of hidden. Love the front right area with quick grab items and drinks.

Why does their early Saturday morning curbside pickup person take SOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOO long to bring out groceries?

I wish I could give zero stars. Not even 1 cashier to check anyone out. Unbelievable. They are wanting people to do the job of a cashier and do all the automated "self check out lanes" (i.e. You are the worker without pay). This store is ALL self check out lanes. People need to come together and fully reject this model of stores. I will not plan on coming back.

One of the Cleanest Walmarts. Organic variety is ok, fruits are fresh. I guess they can also work on adding some variety to baked goods

Worst customer service from this Walmart service manager I ask if she would price match a item that was different on Walmart.com a product they sell and she lied to my face saying Walmart does not price match anymore.

This Walmart is so great - the employees are kind and very helpful. The products are always well stocked and their produce is great quality.

Excellent pharmacy. I came here for a Covid vaccine. It was easy to book an appointment, and the pharmacist and staff were very friendly and helpful when I came for my shot.

I don't like that you don't have check out stations for elderly people. The check out stations are are very crowded. It's not easy to check out.

Making ALL of the registers self-service was not a good idea! I was recently in the store and requested assistance checking out because I am using a cane and have use of only one hand. I asked for assistance checking out, and the response I received from the employee was the worst customer service! She directed me to another register and said "you should use that one so that you can fill more than one bag at a time! " Needless to say I have not been back in my neighborhood store! How do you NOT assist a customer asked for help? Very disappointed in the changes I've seen lately in this store.

I end up going to this store at least once a day and everyone who works there is very helpful and friendly which makes a big difference in customer service

Most of the people a great but their produce is horrible their selection and clothing they need to update it and to keep changing the place around just confuses people so much

Its clear that "management" does not know how to schedule a staff to appropriately serve the weekends traffic. Both Saturday and Sunday I counted one or two people in the store that work there. Everyone was using the self-checkout technology because there were no cashiers.at all on both days? Maybe Wal-Mart is moving to full robotics? Luckily for that store they have an outstanding employee named Richa that was holding it together and handled my questions or this would've been a 1 star. Here's a free tip, make her the manager!

I came in with a problem and the lady at customer service, Amanda, she helped me a lot. Don't think i've recieved that kind of customer service in a long time. She was one of the only people ready to help me, so that's what five stars is about. Raise her paycheck or something. Never seen a harder worker. Coming back again.

Its as advertised and a good covenant store. The reson for a 3 is every time I go in there there is only one cashier and the need to have more on. Maybe thats just another effect from covid.

Store as a whole is great! But they have ZERO checkers. It is ALL do it your self. When I have a cart full I go someplace where I get help.
