Walmart Neighborhood Market, Arlington TX

Store closed In the middle of the day and no propane for sale. Looks as if store was closed due to the rolling blackouts during the snow storm. Propane kiosk and multiple cabinets outside front of store and no electricity to power kiosk.

Convenient grocery store. Being it's a smaller store, options are kind of limited, but still, it's great when I don't want to face the supercenter for milk.

I enjoyed my shopping then I went to the Valentine's Day aisle to get this Bear. I also spoke to two of my friends there Ms. Norma and Ms. Mary very Nice Ladies.

I've had to go this store several times in the last few weeks, and both times, it hasn't been super busy, and it's been clean.

They do have bathrooms, which was the one thing i couldnt find anyone saying.the store itself has increased cameras facing each direction of the aisle to stop people from stealing and stuff.ngl its kinda annoying they put Valentine's stuff out already.obviously there's always room for improvement so four stars, easy shopping.

I don't go as often as I used to because I am disabled right now. My family does most of the shopping. When I do go with them, I find that they are not as well stocked as I feel they should be, and some sections are very messy & makes it very hard to shop efficiently.

Since they made major improvements to the store it shows that the public really enjoys going there.

Neighborhood Walmart I didn't feel Rush everyone was nice customer service was good. The gas station is very close to me now I don't have to search all over town for gas station at the neighborhood Walmart.

I actually liked the store. But the lady at the cash was mean and rude. She didn't treat me good. As a Muslim. I felt offended by the way she talked, looked at me

By far the rudest people & business I've ever encountered! Love Neighborhood Market & Murphy's gas (usually) but I will NEVER STOP at this location again!

Employees were friendly and helpful. The store was clean and easy to navigate. Finding things was simple.

Great people. Great store. Many people don't know that Walmart groceries in Mansfield area donate short dated items, dented cans and overstock products to local food pantries. This helps 100's of people each week. Thanks Walmart!

The pharmacy service has two speeds, slow and stop. I've been in the service car line for 20 min, two cars have been serviced in 14 min. No different when I go inside the store. Will transfer my prescription to a other pharmacy in hope of a better damn service.

The absolute most incompetent pharmacy stafff I've ever dealt with. Prescription refill needed (ongoing monthly prescription). After 2 phone calls and 2 trips to store, armed with receipts from previous refills @ $70, I was told cost was $400. I asked them to please look at previous refill costs, then I was told I never filled there before. When I insisted they look at all my receipts from their pharmacy and there has been no change in benefits (confirmed with insurance) I was told it was $333. I again asked them to recheck as clearly there was an error, I was told that they were going to close in 9 minutes so they really didn't have time to help me! Ridiculous! And some think there should be a hike in minimum wages.ha! First we need a raise in common sense, competency and customer service!

As with many Wal-Mart locations, customer service has taken a huge dip. However, this location has made strides trying to rectify this. This is why they have received 2 additional stars. Please keep up the good work and remember: we as consumers can shop anywhere. It's the customer service that will warrant continued patronage.

Ms. Norma at the service desk is amazing. I was having a bad day, it was raining and she needed my ID to process a wire. She was super patient and fast! Thanks Ms. Norma.

Not too busy.had to check myself out.many out of stocks is chronic problem.friendly staff.many requests to help!

The product selection and produce section are terrible. Staff is in need of retraining and possibly a new General Manager. The employees lack basic tools and knowledge to be successful at their jobs. I blame management overall! Do better people, but I love how conveniently close they are though.

I have been shopping here for over 10 years. But within the last year or so, the customer service level and store layout has gone to a full five stars. Especially the customer service level. Bravo!
