Walmart Neighborhood Market, Katy TX

Never enough employees around and usually only has 1 cashier working, the rest are self checkouts.

Walmart will always be Walmart.this place has been in the community for a few years and I didn't support it, but eventually gave in and went to pick a few quick items. The store was clean and organized on Memorial Day at around 1pm and not busy at all which was nice to see, however when it came to check out. Registers 1,2,4 and 5 were all marked OPEN. Register 1 was busy so went to register 5, not a single person in sight at Registers 2,4 and 5. Waited around Register 5, and no one came. Saw a few Walmart employees walk by and didn't say a word to me nor did they acknowledge my presence at a register and items on the conveyor belt. In the end moved my items to the Self Checkout just so I can pay and get out of the store. Welp with that experience I will continue to go to the surrounding grocery stores.

This is the most horrible experience I’ve had this far I live three minutes away I come to this location about three times a week for my son lunch and other items I need in my home I still happen to buy some Jimmy Dean sausage on yesterday to make dinner and when I got home it was spoiled and out of date it had the date of February 2021 I return it on April 17 and I approach the customer service desk they had no sympathy or empathy they gave me attitude as if I inconvenient them just horrible.

They always have 1 register open.and the rest are self checkout.rediculous.oh wait I forgot.this is how it is at MOST Walmarts now n days

Great convenience, especially for quick visits, like when you are cooking and find out you are out of salt

Be aware the pharmacy located in this market opens at 9: 00am, is closed during lunch hour and closes at 7: 00pm. So. You might have to take a day off work to get your refill.

Very quiet, fewer customers than you would expect on a Saturday afternoon. The service desk person was friendly and professional when I came in to pick up an order. Another employee was very helpful looking for a product. Overall, a positive experience.

Their produce is very, very poor. The bananas were all beaten up. I watched two different customers go by the bananas and decide not to get any. The Raspberries had black dots and mold all over them. Disgusting. I will never come back for produce.

It was dirty the lady that cleans the toilet with the gloves she touched the food to produce in the other stuff she can terminated this need to be reported

For a quick trip to the grocery store it's great. I love HEB, but they are often super crowded. The neighborhood market makes it easy.

Friendly staff, very good selection, neat and clean. Produce is sometimes past it's prime and a few shelf items not stocked. I do see improvement.

Not as many SKUs as a super center, but a great grocery store. Good prices. Easy to walk to with off main Street parking.

I love that it is in neighborhood. Close to home. Nice size store and clean. Although not fully crowded and stocked like a regular walmart, I am able to get majority of the items off my shopping list. They also have grocery pick up which is convenient! Just wish they had a seafood department. However i understand the difference in stores. Great service. Never too crowded.

Neighborhood Market is great. Not as crowded as the regular Wal-Mart. People at the pharmacy are friendly and courteous and get really involved in your prescription. I love going there.

We relocated to League City after the hurricane. The pharmacists at this place are extremely friendly and helpful. Me and my girlfriend have had so many issues and problems with the League City Wal Mart. They act very unprofessional and and are extremely rude. It's good to know that there are still some people out there that have kind hearts and actually love their job. So once again pharmacist at this Wal-Mart, thanks for your hospitality. We'd rather drive the 54 miles to see y all than deal with those others at the Wal-Mart off of 646 in League City. Thankfully we're moving back to this area in the middle of March.thanks guys!

Thanks Hurricane Harvey.another Katrina situation here. This was once the upstanding well to do Walmart. After the hurricane the rats came crawling out from the gutters. SAD! Please go back to the southwest or east side and leave katy to the good people who want to do right!
