Walmart Pharmacy, Kingwood Area TX

Customer service sucks. 4 workers back there and none helping customers. 5 people waiting in line.

Not only did they not accept discounted medications they do not accept vetco medications. For those of you don't know vetco just sends you an email with the prescription and it is usually just taken anywhere, coming here after as I have done so before I was told that this is not acceptable by a male pharmacist.
After showing him that I could identify myself and show him the digital copy this was also not acceptable not willing to help or assist me in any way who cares it's just a dog right? Did you know that Walmart does not care about pets?

These people are very kind and are always helpful in finding what medicine you need. My parents get all our meds here so they are always recognised and always talk about stuff.i hope they have a great day!:)

Latin gentlemen Pharmacist has MAJOR issues lying to customers.

3 visits and different lie each time about calling my Dr to confirm Rx which I had filled multiple times with them.

Should have just said I am too lazy take it somewhere else.

Never had to deal with meds, until recently, Asked a friend where to go they suggested Walmart Kingwood, , Very pleased with my decision.

I have the Flu and Bronchitis. I had to get a few things and with me being out of it I forgot to scan something. This walmart knows me so well I'm a repeat customer. Instead of getting mad, they asked me how I was doing and ask me if I paid for everything I looked down just to noticed i forgot to pay for my humidifier. I said I'm so sorry. They calmly noticed and helped me check on my things and wished me well. This is a very caring amazing Walmart. Thank you guys for being so nice to me and understandimg?
