Walmart Pharmacy, Marshall TX

I always get great service at this pharmacy. They are very good about explaining how to take my medication.

Ashley in the pharmacy was so helpful in filling my script when the fire marshall shut them down during the freeze, she literally save me! I am so thankful to her and the pharmacy for their help.

I called the day before seeing if they have a prescription that I will have that is hard to feel they did have the medication I'll let them know that my doctor will shoot the prescription the next day and I will be by to pick it up the next day. The next day I went to pick up the medication and that morning I was told they had shipped it back to the main Pharmacy and did not have any medication. The main Walmart store in Marshall Texas has the worst customer service I have ever seen even the floor managers I had to track down and they acted like I was wasting their time and they did not want to talk to me or help me this is not a one-time occurrence it has happened every single time I go in at Walmart so I am stuck with dealing with that customer service and attitude because Marshall has only one Walmart. But even the Walmart in Longview has horrible customer service the pharmacy new a customer was tracking down a medication from the night before and then they got rid of it that morning even though I had told them the night before that I would pick it up and have my doctor shoot the prescription to them
