Pharmacist Wura did a great job with my vaccinations. Service with a smile and a great personality, a rarity these days.

Terrible service. They use good RX when your insurance doesn't pay. I was paying $20 for a script. Then one month they charged me $120 for it and said they didnt know why their coupon wasnt working right. Would not investigate it or try to help. I paid it because i had to have it. Next month i came in they wanted 120 again. I handed them the good rx coupon i printed and Bam! Brought the cost down to $10. Which was less than before. Makes me feel like they pocket the money instead of passing the savings on to you. We have a pain script that we have had filled for 20 years every month. The doctor sends it in like clockwork. Walmart will lie and say they dont get it. Then they will fill it the next day. One tech said they hold meds and put it in the next days work no matter if you need it right then or not. This last week they held the script for 2 days. We had to show up in person to force them to fill it. Today the dr said they wont send it there anymore and that his patients need it when he sends it in. My husband is dissabled with steel rods in his back. Go somewhere else that cares, doesn't lie and doesnt scam you out of the savings you get from using good RX.

I spoke with Ricardo, a pharmacy technician, this evening and he was extremely pleasant. I called asking about processing information on behalf of my mother and he recognized immediately the concern she was facing. Within a couple of minutes it was corrected. Thank you for you help and I hope that patients that come here have patience as I know how difficult and demanding it can be working in a pharmacy.

The largest Wal-Mart in my area.
I like the cleanliness and the larger selection of everything at this Crowley location. Pharmacist is nicer than the male pharmacist on Wilshire.
