Walmart Pharmacy, Decatur TX

Rude, and unhelpful, and four times the price on my particular medication than Kroger, go to Kroger they’re much nicer people and eagerly answer questions

Had to switch to Walmart recently, and then had to start navigating a new situation and the staff here has been super helpful, and very quick to respond to everything!

I've been to this pharmacy 3 times in the last week and I've had incredible and fast service each time.

I have dealt with Laney a couple of times and each time, she’s rude, unfriendly, and has no customer service skills at all. Picked up my husband’s meds today and she only gave me 2 of the 3 meds I was picking up. I got back in line to get the other one and she didn’t even apologize for not hearing me say I needed his antibiotic.

Have been trying to get refills for 3 weeks! They have “updated” their call in phone feature and it doesn’t work at all. I will move my 5 prescriptions to an other pharmacy after 3 weeks of no blood pressure meds.

I typically call in to see if the prescription is ready. Get told it is ready, and then get told to wait 1-2 hrs for them to have it ready once I arrive. Sometimes this is 2 or 3 days after the Dr.calls in an important medication.
