Walmart Supercenter, Pearland TX

A lot of empty registers, 2 cashiers and one with the conveyor broken. Why not open another register with a working conveyor?

It's WalMart. They don't understand the 10 foot rule. Get your stuff and get out type of feeling. Not the Sam Walton way.

Hi my experience here is usually good. Today not so much.

I'm using self-checkout for groceries. I even had to ask the self-checkout attendant to help me scan she me fried chicken. I load my groceries after paying into my tote bag and cover them with a rain poncho cause it's raining. The attendant at the entrance goes out of her way to be right in my path of exit just to peek at groceries. However does not even ask for a receipt

She should've asked for my receipt if she wanted to check and not stare at me. All I did was cover my groceries cause I didn't pay $40 of my hard working money for soggy chicken. This uncomfortable situation reminds me how select people were asked for receipts and for some reasons these were POCs.

Be Considerate of your customers and employees

It's Walmart, what can I say? The certainly could care less about the customers. You know, the one that allowed them to be come the largest big box store. Each Walmart has its good and bad points, this store, however, leaves a lot to be desired especially in the Customer service department and it's like the manager hides instead of dealing with customer complaints, we had an really big issue not too long ago and after waiting for 45 minutes to speak with the manager we finally left because our ice cream was melting. It now appears they are wanting us to check ourselves out and bag our own stuff as they have TONS of people watching you checkout and only 2 cashier's that have a line open. I'm shopping not working at Walmart and Lawd how mercy, the couple of lanes you do find open, are so slow and have one working speed and apparently it's "reverse'. I'm a terminal cancer patient and unfortunately I have to rely on the electric carts to do my shopping since my mobility is no longer that of a 20 year old any longer and the last few times I needed to shop all but 1 or 2 of them were either broken, missing a tire or just out of commission due to them being " hooptie carts". Last, but not least, They are ALWAYS out of many of the brands/items I normally buy. I realize the #Pandemic disrupted our supply chain a little but many of the other grocery store chains seem to have been able to get better results from the supply chain then our largest big box retailer can. I'm not quite sure why I wasted 10 minutes of my life to rate Walmart because, hey, it's Walmart, and the attitudes of the employees leave you with the impression that THEY DO NOT CARE!

Me and my wife like this Walmart more clean and easy to get around we stay in the Pearland town center area and drive to this one instead of the one in silverlake near the Pearland town center that one is always way to crowded. This one you can park easy and walk around the store with out crowds.

The workers in electronics stayed on a special situation until they figured it out for me. Great customer service from a manager, Alison I do believe was her name.

Cashier was very rude. No customer service at all. One of the most unfriendly cashier from a walmart yet.

I go to Walmart, but they really need more security, cause my sister when to Walmart & a man was following her an taking pictures. She reported they didn't do nothing. I think that was terrible. She was scared when she left, nobody walk her out or nothing.

I have to go back tomorrow and ask why they charged me nearly $50 for an $11.65 item so the fact that I have to go back is the main issue because I've got the proof they overcharged me. The reason why I go to Walmart is the save fuel in time so now with multiple appointments and doctor's visits this next few days I've got to fit in from what little down time if I can manage to find any so I probably ought to put a one-star but that would just be the frustration level not just the "they screwed up level" oh but wait I am going to make it one star because while standing in line for the same young lady to find an item behind the counter for me I was getting complaints that I was taking so long I was not the one taking so long because the search was on for a product that should have been in stock but wasn't and the complainers don't mind taking their time when they get up to the cashier so it reflected badly on Walmart in the pharmacy and in the paint section and in some of the grocery sections the items were disheveled and many empty shelves of regular stock items

Wait. Was Ben, the Greeter, fired by Walmart bc he was too old to stand his whole shift? If so, I will not shop here again. Morals over money ANY DAY!

Walmart employees are rude and they don't know their products and store management doesn't care about their customers if you call the store number to ask for help the person who answers sounds like they hate their job and they dont want to talk to you, and the pearland store has the rudest employees that I have ever met. I live close to the store on 35 but go to Friendswood walmart.they are a little bit more friendly.

Personnel go out of their way to help! They're just friendly folks from the South. If Walmart doesn't have it, I don't need it.

It was clean & nice. It was easy to get around & the employees were all nice. I wish this one was closer to my house cuz I would prefer this one over the one that is right by me.

It is ALWAYS a great experience with the people working at the Pick Up station of Walmart, they are always nice and polite.

I ordered my groceries online today for the first time and my experience was amazing the two associates that brought my food out to me were so nice and professional. I received a father's day goody bag for my husband and a complimentary first time customer bag it was a very pleasant experience everthi g on my order was perfect!

Very nice store. They have the dog food that I prefer, which is not carried in the Alvin store.

Inventory has seriously changed to a deficient level. I am disabled and parked in handicapped parking area. Only 3 checkers and long lines put me leaving after 10 p.m. I was then informed that the doors near where I parked were locked. I had to exit the grocery doors and walk all the way across the lot to my vehicle. Not an easy task for me. I am angry enough to never want to go back. Beside Walmart changing their inventory, now I have another reason to hate them.

The store is nice. Kept well cleaned, and friendly staff that will help you if needed, but won't get in your way.

The eye clinic tends to have a bit of a wait, and one of the staff was a bit hostile, however as a whole, it was good.

The McDonald's is also nice. Some of the tables have been kinda messy the few times I've been, but you can always find a clean one.

They offer many services (like a bank, nail salon, etc.) That I have not used.

Overall a good Walmart.

One of my favourites stores to buy anything I need, to gets break during my trips around the country.

People are always friendly
Store is always clean.
Great experience
