Walmart Supercenter, Houston TX

This is the third time that I've been turned away with 15 or more minutes till closing time. I've had to go with my daughter not having any food because they want to close early. Tonight I was I came up there and was turned away at 10: 44 p.m. And they don't even close till 11: 00 I guess employees don't follow rules anymore they just close whenever they want

Had to visit the óptico very very helpful and polite great customer service really felt like she cared never had that happen in Walmart

Great hot fresh Donuts and Kolaches. Breakfast Tacos are fresh cooked and really good. Generous portions and cooked to order.

I don’t know how this place has more than 1 star. If you’re trying to pick something up inside the store this is hands-down, second-to-none, by faaaaaaar THE worst Walmart to do it at. PLEASE, if you value your time, dignity, & self respect, avoid this place at ALL cost. They will stare at you with a blank face like you’re speaking another language after 20 minutes of waiting. After 20 more minutes they will look at you with an annoyed & disdainful look as if you’re an inconvenience. If I ever return to this Walmart for whatever accidental/emergency issue, it would be too soon. I should’ve known better than to come to this location. Should’ve just stuck to Target.

Showed up at pharmacy, waited 10 minutes in line, 5: 17 at this point, then someone shows up at drop off and says we can take your prescription but it won't be done today. Rude woman and can't fill an eye drop prescription even though I'm there 45 minutes before you close?

Will never return to a Walmart pharmacy again. Terrible customer service and the pharmacy was a mess too.

I've been here a few times including Christmas season and they generally operate a smooth store. No complaints.

Ok listen this is Walmart ok. No o e really looks forward to going to Walmart unless you live in the outskirts. It's Christmas 2018 and everyone forgot something. The store was crowded and very messy. People shopping are very disrespectful. They just throw items everywhere. Just be aware. Shopping during this time is chaotic

The floor help can suck!
Went in with a friend that was looking for an FM/AM pocket radio. There was one unopened box on the shelf for $20. He wanted know if they had any MP3 players with AM/FM radios built in. There was only one person working electronics 3 days before Christmas! He just sent him back to the same aisle where I showed him the radio! That was just to get my friend out of being in front the lazy store clerk's face!

On the flip side. The customers can suck! Picked up the last cheese grater on the shelf. It was missing the label (a VERY common experience), so I took a picture of the SKU tag on the shelf that showed it was $3.24. I was in a hurry. Already had a frustrating experience on the sales floor where someone (probably a customer) took my cart with the last rain Pancho Walmart had and put the cart five aisles away in one direction and threw the Pancho 4 aisles away in another. Went to the register to pay for the cheese grater along with my other purchases. I was in a hurry! They came back with a printed SKU label and it rang up for (what I could have sworn the screen showed) $ 9.67! I went on & paid for this (what I thought) triple overpriced piece of _ _ _ _! The next day, when I gathered the receipt and the grater to return it, I found the receipt showed it rang up for $2.88! I'll take that slice of humble pie now. Of course, the customers can still suck!

The automotive guys (and girls) always seem great! Always cheerful and eager to help! Even with non-automotive items!

Politely asked the associate in the make up section to unlock the lash window and she acted like I was a bothering her.

I had checked the internet and found out which aisle what I was looking for was on. It was correct, so I was able to find what I was looking for and get out of the store quickly. Good shopping experience.

Terrible! In the middle of scanning at self checkout, power surge or something. They put everybody out!

What a nice store. Fellas this is a great place to shop, well stocked and the service is always friendly. They hardly miss an item when I go shop there. Keep up the good work guys.

I can find almost everything at Walmart but 98% of the cashiers need to change their ugly attitude. Why are they not train better?

I actually hate wal-mart and usually don't even shop there. Some of the employees are rude and act like you are bothering them when you need assistance; and that's IF you can find someone. Do yourself a favor, drive the extra few miles to Target.

I used Walmart giftcard to buy gas or online stuff on Walmart website to limit credit card using. It's the reason I often stop by Walmart. Especially today sweet potatoes on sale 15 c / pound, that's unbelievable

If you can shop and work somewhere else. Managers disrespect employees and customers. It's been that way for years and still happens.

This store the lines are always long. When it is cold outside it feel like hell. When it is hot outside it is hot inside.

Went a month ago to order my daughter's birthday cake. My husband went inside to pick it up before the party and the lady who took the cake order must of misplaced the paper work a month ago because my daughter's cake was not ready nor was the order ever placed. It was very upsetting!
