Walmart Supercenter, Missouri City TX

I did give this location a 5 star but after my recent visit I've decided to drop that rating. My wife did a pickup order which was scheduled for 7-8pm June 15th.today is June 16th 9: 40 am and her order still isn't ready. We were told that they are backed up.which is understandable.things happen, but they're backed up because employees decided not to come to work because IT'S TOO HOT. I'm currently sitting in the pickup location waiting. I've called pickup and I've called the store.no answer. There seems to be one gentleman doing all the pickup orders.a few days ago there was 2 people doing all the orders. This location needs some type of plan in place and I hope the employees that didn't show up to work get dealt with accordingly.
(If they can afford to miss days at WALMART.they must have gotten a PPP LOAN)

Update. 10: 32.someone finally answered the phone after roughly 1 hour of calling. I'm waiting on the groceries to come out.
The scheduled time was between 7-8pm last night.we're on the verge of getting our groceries at almost 11am the next morning.that's ridiculous. It seems as if 1 gentleman did the job correctly in pickup.he needs a bonus.his name is Malcolm.
Final update. 11: 06.got our groceries BUT NONE OF ITS IN BAGS! ‍️‍️. Now poor Malcom has to run back inside to get us bags. I only gave 3 starts because of Malcolm. I would have given them a negative

I tried calling this location to find out if an item was available. The phone rang approximately 20 to 30 times for an Associate to answer - there was no answer.

I then called back & I got the Deli Department & I asked the employee to transfer me to a Manager. The call was transferred and after about 40 rings, I hung up.

Someone should at least answer a call after 30 to 40 rings. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS! This all occurred on Tuesday (6-16-2021) at the Walmart Store, located at 9929 Highway 6, Missouri City, TX.

Love this location because its smaller than the super Walmart. Parking can get pretty tight and the street is pretty busy. I like that they only have self-checkout registering. 4 stars because they don't always have what I need

The workers are always walking around doing nothing. They only have 2 registers open besides self check out. I hate coming to this location, customer service sucks

The reason why I am giving this place a 3 star is because everytime i have to return something the customer service line is really long and there's only 1 customer service personnel at the register. You can be assured the managers know of the situation but yet they still ignore the long line. I don't know why there aren't any back ups but it's always this way.other than that the lanes are always open.

The customer service employee DIANA took it upon herself to give me a refund by putting it back on my debit card without asking me first! Then it can't be reversed. This is POOR TRAINING or NO TRAINING!

The process wasn't displayed so I had to look for workers to get the price before I went to check out. Plus my app wasn't working.

The store is filthy. The floors look very dated and dirty. The checkout lanes have ground in dirt. Not the clean Wal-Mart or once was.

The worst walmart in my area with all those indian workers, they are so rude and nasty. When you are paying in the selfcheckout, they are looking on you at like if you are stealing stuff. What a such people so unpleasant.

Found what we needed, what a shame I shopped at a company with such a poor track record taking any care of their employees.

I had to wait 20 minutes for someone open a cash register the manager told me that she does not have no cashiers it's after 7 and she still don't have a cashier. I was told to go to self checkout I didn't come to the store to work I just want to come to the store and get my stuff and get checked out

It's one of the better Walmarts out there. Where at least people help you and know what's going on.

Raven was very helpful and took me directly to an item that I could not find. Everyone was kind and helpful

This was my first time after going to this Wal-Mart so many time that I really enjoyed going new people and better attitudes

Excellent! Perfect environment for shopping. Clean. Orderly. Kind customer service. Even though it was past 10pm they still had three lanes open and it was nice to see actual human beings behind the register and not us made to do self check out.

Horrible customer service, you're lucky if there are any registers other than self check out and half of those don't work. You're better off driving 3 exits down to the next Walmart on 646.

I received an online order of canned goods that were dented, rusted, and looked like they came from a dumpster. When I went to return them at this Walmart, they refused to process my return. They told me I had to go to the Walmart further away which sent my order. Do not use Walmart online order for delivery, because there's no quality control and you will have to fight to get your refund!

I was able to find everything I needed plus more. I was in and out. Store was clean and clutter free. Store was well stocked

Organized and clean with helpful staff. 4 stars not ft because there are always long lines when we go.

I live behind the Walmart. Bc of location I'm here several times a week. No issues. Friendly staff
