Walmart Supercenter, Pearland TX

This location usually has everything in stock that I need. Biggest gripe is the poor customer service and this weekend they were extremely limited in cat food options, there were even open cans of cat food on the shelves.

Love this Walmart Supercenter, it's always busy, but the lines are never super long. They have everything here and their gas prices are sometime good.

I had a problem after check out and I called their phone number at least 10 consecutive times and each time waited on hold until it th timed out and disconnected me. Never got a chance to speak to anyone and I am certain it's by design. I knew I should not have shopped Walmart and I went and did it anyway. My fault. Never Walmart

Supervisor/manager needs to intervene when people shopping with loud speaker with loud music. I’m not sure whether it is okay but when the loud music comes closer, it is so annoying.

Went in early to pick up product and the self checkout doesn't do cash but when I went it did not say that they weren't doing cash and when it didn't come out with my change I get told to go to customer service and then the other employee tells me they don't open customer service till 8am. Little to no help or they don't want to

As big as/and busy as this store is there was ONLY 2 REGISTERS OPEN. UGHHH
Of course there was self check out (crowed as well/long line). More registers should be OPEN/AVAILABLE TO CUSTOMERS. Some people don't like going thru Seif Checkout!

January 8th I went into this Walmart to purchase a few immune support vitamins and other items for my ill Mom! Within 5-10 mins entering Walmart a employee walked down the vitamin isle where I was squatting down reading the label on a bottle of Vitamin D while looking and reading she comes and greets me and did something behind me, so I continued looking through vitamin D’s! Before I could get up another employee approached her and then blocked one end of the entrance/exit of the isle talking so I never suspected anything was wrong until I went on the cough and cold isle then in the middle of looking again here comes another employee entering the isle and stands there while I’m shopping which became very uncomfortable! I realize I was becoming a TARGET for NO APPARENT REASON! I got my items and left the isle! I went on several other isles and was always followed and watch so I stopped my shopping and went to ask for the head manager or supervisor that was on duty! 2 managers name Andrew and Vanessa came I explain the situation and asked them to go check their cameras to clear me on any type of assumptions of their employees so THEY CAN STOP FOLLOWING ME! I KEPT ASKING THEM TO GO CHECK THE CAMERAS BECAUSE EVERY ISLE THAT HAD ANY MEDICATION HAVE ISLE CAMERAS AS WELL AS THE STORE CAMERAS! NO ATTEMPT WAS MADE BUT IM BEING TARGETED FOR WHATEVER REASON WHILE SHOPPING! This was by Far Very Upsetting, Angry and Uncomfortable by Targeting me a few minutes after walking into the store! Andrew tried to explain that if I was looking at vitamins I may have hit the customer needs help alarm (which I did not) so I asked if I did why wasn’t I asked if I needed any assistance finding anything from the WORKERS INSTEAD OF FOLLOWING ME AND STANDING ON THE ISLE AS I SHOPPED! He agreed that I was right! However I did not continue my shopping and checked out with what I had and not everything I needed FOR MY SICK MOM! THIS EXPERIENCE HAVE ME VERY LIVID BECAUSE I’ve been a SUPPORTIVE CUSTOMER to Walmart business since opening AND to be TARGETED/TREATED AS THOUGH I WAS STEALING ISNT RIGHT! THOSE EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE RETRAINED AND PROPERLY EDUCATED ON HOW TO LOOK FURTHER INTO SITUATIONS AND RUN ALL THEIR CAMERAS BACK BEFORE TARGETING AND TROLLING CUSTOMERS! EVERYONE IS NOT OUT TO STEAL FROM YOUR BUSINESS BUT THAT TYPE OF UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR MAKES IT BAD FOR YOUR BUSINESS! I WILL REFRAIN FROM SPENDING MY HARD EARNING AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I will BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE FOR NOW ON!

Not very clean, unorganized, can never find anyone willing to help. Shopping carts are always scarce and not working properly.

This store had exactly what I needed and was not over crowded. Checkout was quick. I did not have to wait in mine. Employees were nice. I'd shop here again if in the area.

I had some frustrations with money that I sent to my son in prison thru moneygran about a month ago because my son dind't get the money until today hopefuly.
But thanks to Jasmine that she really helped me out real good. I give her a 10.

Very rude! I tried calling the location before I went and the person picked up the phone and hung it up! Need better customer service training. Also ordered groceries online order was not done at the time they gave me. Went in to see what was going on and No one at all would help! Location really need to be closed down or do training! I would give 0 stairs if I could!

Horrible the store was awfully hot and crowded, the number of open cashiers vs the number of customers is unbelievable. How is a supercenter as large as Walmart not concerned about cashier ratio vs customers is beyond on me. Terrible choice on rainy, but still happy Saturday

Very clean and very friendly and helpful workers there. I live in Pasadena, Texas, and they are rude and unfriendly there always stuff on floors and spills. Workers there see you need help and just pass you by.

It's a big store they need to open more lanes and have a more helpful and willing staff. It is very unorganized and things thrown things everywhere. It's literally a scavenger hunt to find what you need there isles are not even labled.

I hate this Walmart they discriminate against white people n Hispanics. I'm not racist. But me n another person was walking to leave n they stopped me for no reason. I dont steal things or cause any problems. Im a very honest person n they stopped me. N not the other person. They looked at all i bought n she didnt even look at the other person's stuff to c what they bought. Just my stuff. I hate this Walmart i never had problems like that before. It was like she was out to get me.

This store is super busy! But I am able to get in and out in a timely manner. The area around the store can get kind of busy at times too.

1 star because the changing table in the men's room and feces on it and some blood and you could tell it had not been clean in a long time. They called for maintenance and they never came. Family restroom in the back was a mess.

This store has improved from a few years back. They have a variety of items to meet most of your everyday needs. The staff is courteous. The lines move quickly, although at Walmart depending on the season it is just busy. The best times are very early in the morning. I love the salon, those ladies are the true gems. They are open 7 days a week.

Lots of items at good prices. One thing it needs is scan and go participation like Sam's Club (the app). Lines are just too long sometimes.

I come to this Walmart as little as possible because it seems no one ever wants to help a customer. I tried to purchase a game and an employee who was standing in the department on their phone at the register said they didn't work in the department and did not help me find the person I needed to speak to. The lines are super long even with self checkout.
