Walmart Supercenter, McAllen TX

For 5 years I have gone to walmart for my car oil change and it has always been the same amount that I paid. This last time it went up 10 dollars. I asked why and the inexperienced lady could not give me a straight answer, so I went to the techs who claim the oil prices went up. I had previous receipts from my oil changes and I compared the both and this time the oil price was cheaper, so again I asked him why the 10 dollar increase. He still kept saying the oil prices. Last time I go there I'm going to just do my own oil changes from now on.

Walmart Super was a total jam today. NONE of the cash registers were manned. Self check out lines were horrendously long, customers were complaining and some even left their merchandise and walked out. Pretty crazy times we living in.

Just like any other Walmart. I just hate it when most Walmart stores are set up different than others. Spend most of your time walking around the store trying to find what you came for. Just make them all the same. Plus.low prices.not anymore. Most groceries are cheaper at HEB grocery, and better quality.

What can I say Its a Walmart! It's always busy and no lanes are ever open. It's nothing but self checkout.

You can never get help. Forget about trying to exchange or return anything, they have the worst attitude. That’s why I shop at Amazon. I try to avoid this place like the plague.

Didn't found what I wanted, I was looking for an astringent and an almond oil, 2 locations, Hidalgo & McAllen.

Forgot to get some things so the cashier was very nice and held onto the items already purchased while I went to collect the others that I needed.

15 lanes only 2 open at 8 PM lines going all the way back to the clothes section.walmart is ridiculous, it has gone dropped to worst place to shop at. Employees have a really bad attitude. They look miserable and they are nowhere to be found when you need help looking for something.

Cant complain its wall mart but i prefer targer even tho its a bit more expensive but heck ill pay the money to avoid walmart ppl

Rude service from Melissa at self checkout. Called to voice concern and male associate hung up when requested to speak to manager. Called again and next associate was more concerned if I spoke English. No luck reaching manager. Staff needs customer service training asap.

Limited handicap parking available. 15 spaces in a lot with more than 1000 spaces. Brought to management attention but they could not care less. No empathy for the disabled or elderly!

WHERE ARE THE FRESHLY MADE "CORN TORTILLAS".
I'M from Starr county. We have fresh corn tortillas.at our local Walmart. I'm at McAllen medical center.so had a craving for those delicious fresh made corn tortillas with some avocado.was lucky.
I found Mission tostadas horneadas.

The service here sucks because the store manager or whoever runs things here only have 2 to 4 registers open while there is 70 or more people in line to check out.

Was I was looking Walmart employee were unable to help, one more not even bother and just limited to respond that item was not longer available.just to find by myself 10 min later
. Since I stop around 10 and they are closing one section, only 3 registers open with huge lanes. I have no choice as head cashier let me know, I had to wait.

I never really do reviews on stores but I had to for this one, there was a cashier named "Enrique", I had to get his name, he was charging me and paid no attention to what he was doing, he was constantly talking and talking with other associates that were close to his register, made multiple mistakes on charging me and all because he was busy talking instead of being focused on what really needed to do.
