33 Perfect as always.
The Walmart in Grand Prairie is another story. I don't recall getting a parking ticket in the Grand Prairie Walmart parking when the city froze and we delivered supplies from Virginia but I did get a $280 ticket in that parking lot when I arrived recently from Virgina with a not so urgent delivery. They didn't ask me to leave.they put a boot on the truck, then woke me up at 4am and told me to pay. Absurd. Inside the store looked like a bunch of monkeys went through the clothing section.reminded me of Jumange. The place is an overall disgrace to Walmart Corporation not to mention the state of Texas.
Arlington Walmart is great. I've been there many times.
Customer service great. Selection for hard to find Hyper Tough Tools were there. $20 dollars for Grinder is hard to beat.
Excellent, bought two darling sun dresses for a great price and a bunch of my favorite foods to snack on, thanks for asking.
Absolutely atrocious. Waited 45 minutes to be attended in the make-up area. After having had someone paged by myself and 3 other people more than 15 times. The workers are rude. The lady I take care of has made so many orders that we had to cancel because they never showed up even though the ETA was 2 minutes. We waited half an hour, nothing. Tried calling the delivery person, nothing. This is the most awful Walmart I have ever been to. Called Walmart to speak to someone, nothing. No one answers.
Worst service ever from the customer service rep Danielle. This representative was very unprofessional and used profanity in front of the assistant manager and manager
Normally, I would simply not cast further dollar votes for the potential success of a company for poor performance or lack there of and let the cards fall where they may. But in this case I will award my first 1 Star and suggest guests explore alternate low cost routes. Great location though.
Second time trying to exchange an air mattress after a manager said it was too late past 15 days. I went again next day and this girl about to get off work and didn't give me trouble no receipt or anything got it!
Busy, hardly any parking, and you feel like you're being interrogated when you leave as the yellow vested guy scrutinizes the receipt, the same receipt he saw me pull out of the automated check out when I checked out of the machine.
For the second time in my life shopped @ "Wally World". China should be proud. Seems security outnumbered actual customers. After 27 minute checkout I was sourly asked for proof of purchase as I exited. Am I missing something?
The employees in this store must HATE their lives and jobs they look so unhappy and are UNHELPFUL. This store has offically turned me off of Walmart. The Zombie like people in the parking lot compounded my dislike of Walmart. Going to this store feels like I'm in some 3rd world country.
I went for Dallas Cowboys items and found many items to choose from at wonderful prices. It was great!
Wish we had more self checkout and it wasn't always backed up. But for the most part I do all my shopping here.
When this location first opened it was fantastic! I have lived in the area around Att Stadium over the last 4 years and this Wal Mart has a Cowboys Pro shop that is awesome. Now the customer service return counter sucks big time! They just hire anyone apparently with the least amount of knowledge on the return policies. I was helped by a associate by the name Marketa with the nastiest attitude she expressed she was tired and needed a break while mind you I had been waiting in line over 20 minutes only to be told this. Not my problem nor plight! Anywho once I did present my receipt yes and I had one! My item would be returned and amount returned to my debit card. Now I am trying to figure out why my money was not granted right then in cash? Oh yeah because it was easier to push the button not ask me what my choice was and hurry up and get out of her face! Wow I will never spend another dime at Wal-Mart period point blank avoid this location if you want to keep a positive outlook on the Sam's /Wal-Mart brand! One bad apple can ruin the whole bunch
Prepare for the worst and then get. And then if Cowboys have home game even worse. If you make past parking lot and into the store while employee's seem to be nice and helpful, the customer's are mostly head cases. And there will be a lot more of them than there are of you. Happy Walmarting!
I always love Walmart best store for me to get what I need and I can grocery shopping at the same time.
Haven't had an issue since I've moved to the area. Friendly staff, always smiling when asked for help. Does get crazy when it comes to game nights.
Good customer service but they need more check out lines open, because they are always so busy caused by the stadium that’s right across the street.
Same as any other Wal Mart basically. But rude employees and the worst fellow customers. This lady refused to scoot her cart a little bit so I could get by. When I asked an employee for help, I didnt even get an answer just a point in a direction. Gross restrooms too.
THEY LET OLD PEOPLE RUN THE STORE WHICH IS WHY IT TAKES SO LONG TO DO ANYTHING THERE. THE YOUNG PEOPLE THEY DO HIRE DONT CARE SO THEY ARE JUST AS USELESS.
The Isles are too narrow you could hardly fit a cart through them. They need to be wide enough to have two karts pass each other easily
