15It's so hard to find Large tail-off shrimp but this location had plenty. Clean and well stocked.
I really like this store the really have everything I need and if I can't purchase the items in the store I can buy them online.
The customer service center was willing to help with our issue, however they were unable to do anything for us. Niko and Hanna were very pleasant. I was directed to the automotive center and told to speak to Godfrey, who was off that day. We wanted to purchase some tires that were on sale. The service lady looked up the tires and said that they were not showing on sale for the advertised price of $49, but that they were $70. I took a picture of the advertised price. She then said that in order to receive the sale price, I would need to wait for Godfrey, the automotive manager, to work the following day. They tires were in stock, but not at the correct price. We agreed to call Godfrey the next day. Godfrey placed me on hold for over an hour, again, I took a screenshot. He proceeded to say that they no longer carry the tires and that he wouldn’t honor the price match for anything else. Mind you, these tires were readily available the previous day. The tires are still on the display. Again, we have pictures of proof. This was clearly a mistake in pricing and signage. However, the rude customer service was not acceptable. The price match policy was not applied to our situation which is DISCRIMINATION! The entire experience at the automotive center was HORRIBLE! The manager was unprofessional and rude. The young woman at the automotive center was helpful and polite. The main customer service center in the front end of Walmart was outstanding!
This location is always packed, hard to find a parking space, the store set up is different. Kinda confusing
Product in wrong space had to call home office the coach at that store took his time coming to customer service and still was rude
Tried calling the service Desk 8 days in a row no answer from 7 to 5 pm. Then when you do get through the attitudes from the employees start. No one is willing to help resolve any issues at this location. They have told me to call back several times for someone in personal and apparently this person must not ever work because she's never there or she's gone for the day. I'm still to this day waiting to hear from her. Spoke with a manager and he told me he would relay a message. I think that was a lie. Just such a disappointment in this location on Sam Houston parkway. Please do better.
YOU DIDN'T SPECIFY WHICH WAL-MART THIS IS. THEY WERE GREAT, BUT, WAL-MART ITSELF DID NOT HAVE THE COMPUTER I WAS LOOKING FOR THEY ONLY HAD CHROMEBBOOKS WHICH NO ONE LIKES NOT EVEN ME. CHROMEBOOKS ARE A WASTE OF MONEY BECAUSE THEY'RE BEYOND SLOW. WAY BEYOND ANCIENT GRANDMA'S MOVE QUICKER.
Regular Walmart nothing new just keeps getting more expensive yearly.only go to buy oil. Wait after reading this review they might raise that too.lol
This are my new glasses i got at the Walmart Vision Center this year and got my eye prescription at their Eye Optical Center with a Optical Doctor too. Their Vision Center had lots of styles and found ones affordable to me accepting my vision health care insurance.
Fun Fact I don’t shop at Walmart to be honest, but I must say I really enjoyed my visit here today, from having my shopping buggie sanitized and ready for me with a smile and seeing them clean in the fruit area then cashiers wiping down their registers. I will consider shopping there again, maybe.
I only needed to get one item, a case of water. Unfortunately, this was the second Walmart that I've been to that didn't have the case of Nestle water that I was looking for. I did notice that they had their Great Value brand for the same price that came with more water, 40 bottles. (More bang for your buck!) I headed to self-checkout so that I could head to drop off some items to a family member. I dropped my rating to 4 stars because when I went to scan the water, there was not a handheld scanner to scan the water. As a result, I had to lift the entire case of water onto the small area to scan it and ended up ripping open the packaging. I didn't notice if this was the only machine without a handheld scanner, but things would have went a lot smoother if there was one. Thankfully, the plastic wasn't ripped bad enough for me to have to switch out the case of water. Other than that, it was a pretty decent shopping visit.
Employees could be friendlier n shelves could be better stock. I don't like being bother by those people trying to get you to switch ur electricity to relient.
Seems like there are never enough open lines at this location. Walmart has all these lines to check people out but they are never open. And what's the point of having express lanes if they are never open. Sad!
I love this store, but I had a bad experience today. My cashier Kadesha just DROPPED my apples in the bag as she was bagging them.the bananas as well.bruised fruit is not what I paid for.
I placed an order for pickup and received outstanding service from Stephanie. She went above and beyond to make sure that my items were in the curbside pick up area. I was concerned that the items wouldn't be there, when I arrived. Stephanie also went above and beyond by calling me, when my items were ready for pick up. Stephanie is an awesome employee and needs to be recognized for her outstanding customer service. I hope the store manager recognizes the employees that have outstanding customer service. A pat on the back, goes a long way in these unprecedented times. Stephanie is a shining star. Thank you Stephanie.
