What more can you say. This Walmart is huge and a Sams is next door. Easy road access and a great Automobile department.

Amy in this pharmacy is especially helpful and patient. I can tell she wants to be there, she enjoys her work & is excited about the services they offer. She told me about their hours and even helped me get the Wal mart app on my phone for quicker, easier refills. Excellent customer service, a bright spot in this store and a joy to deal with.

I would give no stars if I could. Customer service never has anyone available so you have to wait sometimes an hour for the one person on duty to get through everyone in line. None of the staff seem to want to help customers and they never have very many registers open. TIP: checkout in the garden center- they are nice and usually don’t have a crowd

Double charged. Caught it while item was being rung up. Cashier argued and got double charged anyways. Previous experience with online grocery ordering they substituted dog food from the same brand in place of the cat food I ordered.

Went to return an item I had purchased with my debit card and was told I could not get mymoney back and had to just get a walmart shopping gift card. I showed them the policy online where it clearly states if you use a debit card you can either put it back on your card or get cash back. The manager claimed it was a new policy and refused to give me my money back. I went to a different walmart and had no issues at all. This stores employees are liers who don't know their own policies

I was in the Deli and there was only one person in area.selection was horrible.rotisserie chicken only one out, it was dry looking.no wings out container empty.very disappointed in service

Out of stock on a lot of items regularly. And late at night shopping is a risk. Theres a good chance they'll only have one checkout open and no self-checkouts. Where it should be if you're closing one self-checkout, then you need to open up the other one. I timed how long I waited in line for the one cashier on the 13th of April, and took 22 minutes. So good luck.

If managment would just have more checkouts opened during Peak shopping times, more Stars would have been given.

Trying to use the grocery pick up program, but since being introduced, getting slower and slower not really worth it if it takes longer to sit in the car than it would ha e to actually shopped! Very disappointed

I keep trying to give Walmart a chance but Everytime I'm reminded why I don't shop with them.

I thought I'd to the pickup groceries. It's free and I thought why not. I don't have to even go in. First time was pretty easy and nice. Redemption right? Wrong. That was a one off. The next time I had to wait 30mins and then half my order was wrong or missing. Frustrating. Third time the lady told me to move and go inside. I had to walk in and find the pickup area.

Oh don't even get me started on when I had to return the items that were wrong. I had to wait in line for 30+mins and then was told to go to a register leaving my place and then was told oh they can't do online pickup returns at a register. Typical Walmart fashion. They make the simplest things complicated, low class and dirty.

Target is just so much better and easier.

Good cloths collection but only a single counter was open for billing so took a very long time in the queue

Rude customer service. Nobody at the cashier if you needed something with the staff. So I told one of the staff and I received nothing but attitude with smarty-pants sarcastic behavior. Well I appreciate you throwing that behavior. Sad experience.

Same walmart but I have better customer service when I visited lower class walmart location. Nobody cares what you want, you have to put extra effort so they can be nice to you but they're fast taking your money. Lol
