Walmart Supercenter, Plano TX

I though I hated Walmart. I still do, I guess, but this walmart is unlike any I have seen in ages. Very clean with a friendly staff. They had a greeter, which my local Walmart lacks, and they had at least 7 registers open. And only three of them had anyone in line. My local walmart will have literally one register open with 10 to 20 people in line. It was am emergency and I was dreading going into this otherwise god awful store.

This is probably one of the WORST Walmarts that I have ever visited! They don't want to work and are very rude! My husband grabbed a cart that was next to our self checkout because we had a lot and needed an extra basket. The basket had one pack of strawberries in it. He put it on top of the fridge with other things that people had put back. The Yellow Vest had a whole argument with my husband because he said he was using the cart my husband reminded him that we were customers and he said he didn't care and that it was HIS cart! Asked for a manager that never showed probably because he never called them like we asked! I will stick to the Neighborhood Walmart where they have better customer service!

Good selection of cheaply made goods. Bought a pair of stretch, thin material shorts. The colorful sun/moon pattern caught my eye but it when wearing them they ride up and their way to thin for the purpose made, they r going back for a refund.

Love it.
It is nice and comfortable. Staff is super friendly and accommodating.
I don't know what else to say but if this is one of your options, go for it. You won't be disappointed.

Lol, I need to invest in shares in Walmart, as much as I shop there. I enjoy shopping at this Walmart they have everything I needed when I moved to Texas. They have a professional customer service staff and are always willing to assist with questions or items.

Clean Walmart with courteous employees - almost everyone is wearing masks and maintaining hygiene - they have masks available when entering in case if you don’t have one and hand sanitizer been provided. I didn’t find few baby food products at the aisle and couldn’t find the CeraVe moisturizing healing ointment - always out of stock. Clean restroom and ample parking.

I love Walmart, but people are not distancing. They crowd u out, and Walmart had good sales going. One woman said I don't wear masks to the doorman and kept walking.

Love this Walmart. Glad they got rid of the little lady that worked the self checkout always eyeing people.

At this particular location they are always very friendly. But I must say one of the workers by the name of Feliz idk if I'm spelling it right though, but she is amazing and Everytime I have came into this store she is always filled with joy and excitement and very helpful!

Too Big and Too busy, i prefer to shop the little independant's.that they have put out of business. But i was needing something, so i stopped. I am not a Wallmart fan!

Waiting (still) for over 3 hours for tire rotation.never have worst service. Just one guy working who I was told it usually work in lubing.
So.on the wall there's a picture s of waltmart certified techicians.none of them are here.finally the services manager is helping the lube guy finishing the rotation.

Its okay as some items are cheaper here but there are some that are about the same price as everywhere else. And someplaces are cheaper.

I have visited this Walmart 1117 location 2 Times in a row with my parents. Great Store and Value! *UPDATE* I hereby Walmart 1117 is now remodeling in session, which includes a whole epic new arrangements.

Remodeling. Customers are wandering around lost asking for help and employees dont know where things have moved to. Chaotic.

It's a Walmart. Big store, no help, unruly customers, weird people. I needed a product after midnight and it was the only place open. With all their billions, the Waltons really should pay their employees a living wage.

Helpful knowledgeable employees in the automotive section. Everyone asked if we needed helped, and made sure that we know about the battery warranty.

I call their electronic department and nobody answered so about the 3rd time I was transferred to customer service only to have her transfer me back to electronic only to be hung up on in which I called back and ask to speak with a manager only to have me on hold over 8mins if this what Walmart customer service is coming to they will lose loyal customers like this

It's Wally World! About half of the people shopping were LP. Which makes for an undesirable shipping experience when you look like me.

I truly hate going here. Staff is almost never helpful. In fact, it seems like they'll do anything to avoid you. The only reason to go is that prices are normally the lowest than other places.

Nasty filty and dirty. Dust on the items in back of the shelves. Which means all that stuff is probably out of datr
