Walmart Supercenter, Dallas TX

Didn't like the experience. I was lied to by one of the rude electronic department employees about weather or not they had DVDS for $5 and under. Texas is a racist state

This store don’t have enough cashiers, Monday’s nights are full of people want to pay, and don’t have enough cashiers. Don’t have self checkout.need to improve.also the cashiers don’t greet and smile to the customers

First of the selection of clothing is outrageously oversized what average person wears size 56 jeans and second off the cashiers can't or barely speak any English all in all this location isn't even worth stepping foot in stay away from this location if you actually want to find what you're looking for

I been to several Walmart. What one store doesnt have the other store does.but one Pacific store l go they really need new employees. They are rude clothes all on the floor and people just walk over them.and not only that you have to be careful some product are expired.

I wanted some cigarettes so the cashier wouldn't get me none so I had too get in another line and wait all over again. It's unprofessional how customers are treated. Then the cashier at register 4 couldn't ring my order right.

The longest lines you have ever seen it is not worth going to the store.you are waiting in line at least 25 min.

Of course ever Wal-Mart only has one cashier at customer service and to wait an he is ridiculous Wal-Mart you can do better than this

I just moved to Dallas and this Walmart is the worse store I ever been in. 3 major purchases I planned on buying didn't match the price on the shelf with the computer. Long lines and rude cashier. Maybe coz I was the only white person in it at the time. Yes whites get discriminated against too! I was getting the look and stares. Never Again will I return to this location

Regina at Pickup/dot com was amazing. 5 minute interaction at most but she had enough positive energy to warrant a review.

At least ten people in each line. Only three lanes open. Unbelievable. Worst service ever. This has nothing to do with the people working the registers.

Needs to keep customer service staffed with no less than 3 people in customer service. Why not do that?

One of the checkout cashiers doesn't know about double bagging on heavy items aka. MILK IN GALLON JUGS!

Not the greatest "Supercenter" I've been in. Dark, cramped, limited selections, lack of floor staff, compaired to other supercenters. It's even too small for a bank. Great in a pinch, but if I wasn't, I wouldn't.
