Walmart Supercenter reviews
10Dropped in to get a few things. Self checkout was moving smoothly. In and out in a few minutes.
Bad Customer Service dude bad all these workers walking and not opening cashier's isn't right. I Don't like it one bit
Good customer service I find mostly everything I need and want clothes food sporting goods automotive filling store
This Walmart seems to hardly ever have what I need. Then when I got a gift for my birthday that came from there. Mind you it had never even been open. They tell me that I can't exchange it without a receipt. Wow is all I could say. I took it to another Walmart and they gave me a gift card for what it cost.
They had exactly what I needed.did have a hard time finding a cashier.no offense walmart but I don't work for you so I don't use self check out.it would be different if there was a discount for checking yourself out
Great store just need more employees working in check out. The lines was crazy long and only few meaning less than 5 check out lanes open. The self check out lines was just as long. Please get more employees.
Mary delivered excellent customer service today. She stopped stocking the shelf to help me find an item. The item was not in stock at the Short location. She helped me scan the QRS code. Finally' she was able confirm the item was at the Cockrell Hill location. She was patient and personable.
Terrible! I've waited 25 minutes passed my scheduled appointment time! Still waiting! Walgreens smh
Walmart has been one of my favorite stores, reason being they have such an array of things to browse through. You can eliminate several items on your checklist from clothing to prescriptions to outdoor furniture. I'm truly lucky because my son took this task on for me in order to keep me out of the electric scooters (tearing down racks bumping into people). However, from time to time I'll have to go myself (beware of the scooter if I'm my path). I've faced a couple of challenges at this store with employees lack of store knowledge and unwillingness to find out to basic knowledge of policies and procedures. Last night one lane was open and the line was making its way across country. The young lady began having issues with her register and needed to change lanes. I'm thinking thank goodness someone is finally going to help her until she repeated her statement. I thought I would spaz out and hit the floor. She was closing because her scale no longer worked and could not check out produce. I had one lonely onion, I told her that could keep that just get me out of here. She complied with a pleasant attitude. Management could take a little time to overall train on the importance of customer care. This employee happen to be very good, this has not always been my experience. It's been mostly opposite.
This Walmart is not as good or as organised as the one on Cockrell Hill. This one is messy and does not have as much items in stock. They have no meatless options on the meat area, unlike other Walmarts where one can find Gardein and Impossible meat. That's a big letdown. It is also very uncomfortable the isles are very narrow. I don't like it.
