Walmart Supercenter reviews
14Walmart does not answer there phone when customers call there. Totally a shame because I'm handicap and need some information.
The service is horrible! Customer service is a joke, they are so rude and don’t assist when it’s their system that freezes! I refuse to ever visit this location ever again! ZERO STARS! Huge lines and good luck if the cashier messes up they will make
You go to another line
Well mostly staff is not available to help you to find items or to know more details about the items customer looking for.
Self check out takes a while if u need to buy items that require admin bypass. Takes a while to flag down workers and theres is usually only 1 or 2 workers stationed but not around.
When the lines are long at the WalMart Money Center and Customerner Service goes froms three people to one person. They employees log off and walk off. Terrible. There is no way you would be able to do that at my job. That's terrible service. Other than that it's ok
It was cool but I didn't exactly find the product i was looking for which apparently appeared at the website
I found everything I needed even when the shelves were somewhat empty for the holidays, 100% recommended
Extremely rude staff. US largest grocery corporate making billions of dollars and can not train their staff. No self respect and treating other like garbage.
Went to buy ice and rillos, my mom got cabbage, and tater tots plus mini hotdogs that's pretty much it 8/10
Supercenters have just about everything a person needs in household goods inside and out. Be warned though. Because of covid and low staff, deliveries are horrible most of the time. When it goes well it is excellent! When it doesn't, someone else gets what you paid for. When it is good I like to tip, because of hard times and dedication to the job.
Curbside pickup staff were great. Bought a hard to find toy for Christmas off the website. We weren't able to use the app to setup pickup. Phones were not answered I'm sure due to staff being overwhelmed. Drove the ninety miles hoping the toy was being held for us. Called the phone number from the parking place as instructed and no one answered. Questioned a worker after finishing another customer's delivery. He took a pic of the order number and a few minutes later returned with the toy. So relieved it was not a three hour ordeal having to check with every employee, websites and apps.
Ridiculous lines, only 2 lanes open. People walking up handing out business cards to my husband and I as we waited over an hour in line before we decided to walk out empty handed. Smh
Addison Walmart and pretty well organized. The staff is mostly pretty helpful. Excluding a few bad eggs LOL. It's never usually a big problem shopping here. I suppose the most important factor is the lines at the register. Thankfully the move quickly
WORST WALMART EVER! I rather drive 25 minutes to Spring or further ahead than to shop at this one.
