14A whole yo of workers here but no one was on registers.there was hardly anyone in Walmart, but the longest lines I've ever seen to check out!
Walmart on twin city hwy in Port Arthur is the worst two lanes open, long lines and I love how the employees look at their phones like they don't know your there. I refuse to use self checkout so no checkers I just load up my basket and leave it in the isle and drive to HEB and Lowes. They don't believe in customer service it's time for new management, and some wonder why Amazon took off so quickly. We are tired of being like it's our pleasure to come into your store
All the time I go i love the door greeter Name Robert he always greeting people going to the store and when they are going.
I Love Walmart! The grocery pickup is so quick and easy and every single carryout person has been so polite!
Prefer thus Wal-Mart on Twin City Hwy to 1 on Hwy 69. Same products & services, smaller store so don't have to walk as far to get to what you need but better getting in & out than trying to get out onto Hwy 365. Always has a handicap parking space available.
They have this weird return policy without a receipt can only receive up to $25; I understand receiving last sale price, but $25 max store credit is sad. I rather shop at another location instead.
They don't care about they customers because when people hurt them selfs when they at fault they don't come see about you
It actually went horrible. How do you sell a certain battery, at one store but you all can't install the battery at the store you bought it from? Because it wasn't in the book at that store, but the other store it was in their book and it's both Walmart. Why such hassle the stores should have the same policies.
The hidden gem I'm not from the area I only come for work but when I come I stop here it's never overly packed
Lots of employees walking around but no cashier. Even the self checkout (which I don't use) was full. They act as if it's your pleasure to come to Walmart. Amazon!

Only 1 cashier. I don't want to self checkout unless I get a discount for it. Lino was rude as well.
Most of the time, the store is clean and generally organized. Cash registers are an issue, as there're usually two or three open besides the self-checkouts. The staff are pretty friendly most of the time.
Saw moldy bread in the bakery section when you walk right in through the groceries side. Walked right back out and went to HEB
