I had a lovely day shopping in your store. I ended up with a FULL cart. I was very happy until I went to the checkout area. No lanes open with check out employee to help me. By this time I am very tired and unhappy. I practically had to beg someone to help me. Finally one of the two ladies available came over to help me, as I have never checked MYSELF out of any store before IN MY LIFETIME OF 73 YEARS! I explained to her that we had only two options. She could help me checkout my ginormous cart, or I could just walk out the door leaving everything for them to put back into your inventory. The sweet lady's name is Eleonora. I want to thank her for the help she gave me. So, I may NEVER come back to this store. My total bill was over $275.00. And I refuse to do extra work for you just so you can get rid of employee positions. You SUCK.

Not one single reg register open. Had to check self out on cart full groceries. Awful WalMart such paid me

But walmart is my go to store for all my household items.

My 35 year old husband who is 6’3 225lbs with a full beard got denied to buy beer at 10pm because he had a Visa as identification. She rolled her eyes when he asked in Spanish what the problem was and when I offered with my Texas drivers license Amy from self pay just replied with “nope nope nope”. Horrible customer service. Instead of explaining the policy or apologizing foe the inconvenience like a normal person she turned her back and when I questioned if I could go do another transaction at another check out I just got a cold should with more “nope nope” responses. I even asked so if I come in with my 4 year old you’d deny me cause he doesn’t have a Texas ID? She was so rude. Shame to the company. I’ve never had problems with customer service in the 7 years I’ve been coming to this Walmart in Sharyland.

Great variety of stuff when it’s available. Huge lines with these pandemics and Texans lights shut off on the coldest day recorded since who knows when. Other than that, robots are taking over the store, (not that kind of robot) from scanning and bagging your own items to a recording of everyone’s face and movements. Picking up something you purchased online will lead you to a towering tower of dispensary pleasures completely automated by a handy scanner. Of course there are a handful of lucky employees left to handle several registers at once, watching everyone’s moves with understanding, uncomfortable, suspicious eyes. Finally a receipt check by another employee making sure nothing slipped by accidentally of course. Other than that the place is great.

I went to the IBC Bank that's on the inside of Walmart this past Sunday. Who ever heard of bank open on Sundays? I needed change, quarters, and dollars, they were happy to oblige. Just about everyone goes to Walmart or has at one time or another and having a bank in the store is a great convenience.

Dislike the self checkout, doesn't work when your tired from work and then bag and check your own groceries but I got help thank God

One of your employees was very rude by most uncomfortable feeling knowinv that she works at a family store.

Walmart always has a great selection of stuff and they are usually the cheapest. The biggest problem is the store is always in a disarray. Not sure it's their fault but stuff is hard to find at times.

They need to turn the air condition a little higher in the summer but other than that my wife and I shop here every week.

Favorite Walmart. Hate the Shary road one. Live in Mission like spend local.but will drive to PalmHurst because of their great customer service.

Great location this walmart carries more of some things than other walmart in the valley. Quick cashiers as well.

It's a great store you can get almost anything you need.
Food, clothes, cleaning supplies, dog food, Toys, stuff for arts and crafts, Make up, kitchen tools, soft and warm bed sheets and pillows, and so many more things.

Always backed up and crowded. Takes a very long time to get through line. Never enough cashiers.

Justa like any other Walmart, you can find everything you need exept enough cash registers open.

Come on guys everyone knows Walmart gas evrything u need they even have magnetic tape like fr? Didn't even know that was made and they have jewelry as well for that special someone

I will never again place an order with this bakery due to the fact that they called me 30 minutes before pick up time to tell me they were unable to make the cake. I placed this order days in advance just in case there was any issues. She then insisted on baking a cake and 24 cupcakes in 30 minutes. This was extremely unprofessional and I will never again go to this Wal-Mart bakery!

Conveniently located. Quick run in and out. Not very busy around the time we went. Gas prices at Murphy USA were 7 cents cheaper than everywhere else we saw.
