First time I was ever in and out I grabbed the strapless bra something and I was out there for less than 10 minutes

Oil's empty on Shelves Very poor help From an assistant. Guess the lady thought it wasn't too important To make Money That's contributed to her 401k Did finally find somebody A young kid That assisted me. I almost walked out. I did buy A $150 worth of oils. Guess employees don't care

Even though my visit to the Walmart was short. It was a nice experience. As usual Walmart had what I needed when it came to having a sense of interest or requiring some groceries.
None the less it was an enjoyable time.

NORTH LINE WAS GREAT. BUT THEY SEEM TO HAVE CLOSED THEIR RESTROOMS AT THE BACK END OF THE STORE. NOT GOOD. I'LL JUST START GOING ELSEWARE. NO EXPLANATION IS GOOD. JUST A LIE OR EXCUSE.

Most sales associates are lazy. When I ask if they have a item. They just say no we do not have them. With out looking or calling some one. And the place is always dirty.

I have shopped at this store for about 5 years. This store is at the northern end of the MetroRail line and draws a lot of panhandlers. Walmart has gotten better at handling the situation. I like the uniform security and the roaming Brosnan Security pickup in the parking lot.

Merchandise presentation has improved. The number of out of stocks has been reduced. Management needs to continue focusing on this. It's irritating when the item I came is not in-stock - the peg or shelf space is empty.

I had rated this store at two several months ago. I've seen a marked improvement in store management, security and merchandise presentation. I changed my review accordingly.

The manager Did not want to return $20 worth of items to shirts because I did not have a physical receipt however are the shirt still had tags on them The cashier asked me if I paid with a card I said yes she went straight to the transaction and took care of me for that I am truly grateful to thumbs up for the cashier

Typical frustrating experience. Drove an hour to purchase an item that i double checked availability and price online. Cashier in electronics had to get the item from a locked container and said she could give me that item for x amount, as if this were a pawnshop. There was no price on the item to look at. Her attitude quickly changed once i told her what the online price was showing. And she did not once ring it up to see if i was right. They don't honor their own website's price even though it's in black and white. Was given the run around. Left empty handed. And no way to triple check because they simply do not answer phones here.

Terrible store! They should really close it down. If your wife wants you to pick up some cosmetics, you have to pay for it, in that department. Doesn't matter if you have more shopping to do, you have to pay for it right then and there. Needed to by Baby Asprin. Products were under lock and key. Waited in the pharmacy line for assistance. Was told I had to go to customer service for that product. After waiting in line now for the 3rd time; after the clerk pulled the item, I was told I had to pay for the Baby Asprin in the Customer Service Department. That's now the 4th time I have to wait in a line, to which this was only my 2nd item on my shopping list. Worst of all.they don't do returns. Don't by gifts for friends there. As for why to all this; the Manager said it was due to the high theft in their store. For those who have time to waste their time, go for it. Otherwise, shop elsewhere.

An old lady hit a post in the parking lot.it took 15 minutes for the security guard to drive by.and all he wanted was to call the police and go inside walt mart to tell his boss.that there was an accident.he never got out of his truck and asked the old lady if she was alright.he never offered anyhelp.i moved the lady and her car to the parking lot of marshals to help her better.that man should be fire.i know it was cold.but not cold enough for him to stay in his truck.this happened today at 1: 00 pm 12-29-2018

Well I went to send money from Walmart to Walmart and they had one person working the line I was like 35 people in the line it was slow very very slow it took me an hour to get up there when it was a lot of employees just walking around doing nothing

Had good luck on finding stuff they closed at 10 which I couldn't believe and loss prevention was following me and a girlfriend the whole time and we did nothing to be followed.paid for all of our stuff so it is a little offensive when loss prevention is on every row with you but you did nothing for them to have a reason to follow.

I was at the cash center waiting fir about 30 40 mins and as im the second person in line they yell out that the money order machine was out if service! Amd thats what i was there for.

It's a good store to buy, they have great varieties but the problem it's that the cashiers are always full

The service SUKES! Went to Walmart to buy groceries and other items. I purchased deodorant, I was told that I had to pay in the beauty department or at register 5 ONLY, Express lane 15 items or less). I had a basket of more than 30 items. The CSM allowed the lady in the Express lane to ring me up. Which was ok, but I heard people talking about holding the line up, she has too many items to be in this lane. I understand that there is a problem with theft in this particular store, but don't make it hard for your customers. You need to come up with a better solution for your customers to purchase deodorant or anything else you sell that us locked up. Let your sales person take the items to any line that the customer wants to go to.

This Walmart is nice and clean, the only problem are the homeless people that hang around the area. They even have lock the deodorants behind a glass because homeless people steal them or use them. The metro rail has brought them in and it has been a problem for the community as a whole.
