Waited for a representative to come to open security devise and never came, this is what happens when Walmart prefers to have self check out instead of employees.

It's so pathetic they are so busy and they only have 5 registers open seriously why have a lot of registers if they are only going to have 5 open. It's ridiculous.

I was having such a difficult time getting a TV into my vehicle when promptly Raul who was picking up carts came to the rescue without hesitation and a very positive attitude he made my day Thank you Raul for your professionalism you make Walmart look good.

Just went in to get a couple things and didn't have any issues with the staff. I did However notice some horrible management, I witnessed a manager yelling at her employees and being rude. She was pale with black hair and a bit on the heavy side. They also seem to not have enough people in general, many areas I passed through didn't have anyone attending them.

Does anyone in that store answer the phone? Operator twice 20 plus rings nothing. Automotive same thing. Maybe an option you should have is nobody cares enough to answer the phone bring your yourself in to the store.

I was here Saturday before the super bowl which may have been the reason I had to wait outside in a line for 15 minutes before I could come into the store. Fortunately the weather was nice that day. I would not wait if this were an every time occurrence.

I was waiting outside for my ride when their security guard came to harass me for waiting in a fire zone. Mind you, this so-called fire zone is loaded with grills that sit there every single day. The guard hounded me about standing there for over 10 minutes. When I moved, he sent his partner to scold me in a different location for giving the first guard a hard time. I do not need to be harassed like that for no reason. I will most definitely be reporting Walmart for p;lacing grills in the fire zone since we're suddenly making a big deal out of it now. If I can't stand there for 5 minutes, they can't let their grills block the fire zone all day & all night.

Do not shop at this store apart from bad customer service from the general manager Krista they also have false advertisment. The inventory is not done because i was looking for a set of christmas lights that was in stock on their app.when i called to make sure that they indeed had the lighta in atock they gave me the run around amd most of the time they hung up on me.i decided to go to the store to see if they had the item i was looking for in stock which of course they did not have them in stock.the general managers excuse was that it was a glitch in the online system.to me it is just a sorry excuse for not doing their job.

There were carts in the parking lots, people walking around without masks on (around your neck is not on), so it was difficult to feel comfortable shopping here during a pandemic.

Safety in 2020 is Walmart making you walk through the ENTIRE store just to get to the garden center. If all you are looking for is plants don't bother! Go to home depot where they will let you enter through the garden center if that's all you want to shop for. Ridiculous policy and in no way safe at all.

They have everything I need except Clorox and Lysol products but not their fault. Clorox and Lysol have dropped the ball in providing what the public needs. They do continue to run their tho.

This Walmart location is generally clean and well-stocked. They offer the general products and services you expect from a Walmart, and the staff is friendly. They offer a generous return policy, and have great holiday decor.

Tina in Electronics saved me a HP 65 Black Ink which was the last one and three other Walmarts were sold out! Great customer service! Thanks!

Not letting people in at 10: 45pm when they close at 11pm, I'm a truck driver now I don't have food or water on the road, we're the ones helping you restock.

They have one if not the nicest greeter here he’s an older gentleman but he always gives my kids a sticker and that makes there day the little things go so far keep it up if I catch your name I’ll add it

We shop here for groceries and some other items. We go in between 5: 30am and 8: 0am to beat the crowd and the kids, however the mgrs of this store cut hours and the number of am employees at the counters. You’re expected to check yourself out at self check even if you have a lot of groceries. None of the will check the number of people in line at the only cashier open on station 10 (20 items or less) we usually spend about $ 200 to $300 every time we shop for groceries. I’ve complained a number of times to no avail. I’ve called the Walmart 1-800 # and they said that mgm’t should have open manned cashiers to check you out. Even though I’ve called the number the store mgm’t still has to be hailed to open a manned register. It’s like pulling teeth to get someone. If I have to do my groceries on a self checkout then I should get a 20 to 25% discount! Does Walmart really care? Don’t think so. You’re caught between a rock and a hard space, cause there’s no other stores with the amount of items. David
