Walmart Supercenter, Grand Prairie TX

Curbside pick up is most horrible. Delays, missed items, items get substituted even when requested online not to do so. Staff never knows a thing in curbside & in store. This Walmart is always out of stock.

This is the second week in a row that we have missing items that we paid for through Pickup. They show to be in the order, we pay for them, but they never get delivered into our vehicle. Also, every time we go, there is at least one item that is expired, or expires the next day. One of the worst Walmart Pickup experiences I’ve had.

I love Walmart but that particular store for me is overcrowded always, maybe it's time Grandprairie build another one.

Typical Walmart with a big parking lot and plenty of other retail stores and fast food restaurants nearby. No complaints for this location, maybe could help to have more cashier's working during peak hour.

1st off let me start by saying I hate going 2 Walmart period, but this 1 is not as good as it use 2 b a few years ago when it 1st opened! Now it’s like all the rest of the Wally Worlds (Walmart) & doesn’t ever have anything u need or r looking 4, & the lines r ridiculously long & slow moving u spend more time in line than u do getting whatever u went 4. I wld suggest going 2 Target or somewhere else b4 going here unless u just have 2!

As a former employee of Walmart management at that location att. Many of the old associate are there still working front end personal hasn't improved it the responsibility of there supervisor to ensure everything run smooth. They could learn a lot from Mccart Super center especially Mr Carmichael store Manager

Waiting 30 minutes for someone to help you in a department is uncalled for and then they don't help you and walk away

Delivery of shopping cart racks took night shift to figure out how to unload it. Arrived at a little after noon and was almost 9: 30 before they got to us. Took 15 minutes to pull off if that. A whole day wasted. Day shift was very rude. Tons of employees standing around on phones. Lady at scan and go couldn't pry her eyes away from phone to even properly answer us. Even Walmart on East coast has a friendlier staff than this location. Need better management. Night time management in receiving department earns 5 stars. He needs a better store to manage. I'm sure his work is unnoticed.

I have been seeking employment at this employment for two months now. Everytime I call the hiring manager is unavailable due to what the phone operator says “Ms. Bonnie” finally before thanks giving break ms.pat head of cashiers was going to pull my application. Call back after thanksgiving break and ms Bonnie says hiring manager is unavailable again and says she has a job to do so I ask to speak to ms pat she continue to say whatever and transfers to call to nobody that has still yet to answer and all I want is a job.

Crazy long lines! GO EARLY or else you'll be in line for a while. Typical Walmart, sodas, veggies, chips, milk, ice cream, pies, everything you need.

Took me half an hour to get assistance for spray paint. Took 3 intercom calls and assistance from different department.

This place is awful, very rude, very unclean, found bugs in the lettece and also saw some sort of flat grey bug on many clothes and even towels
MY HUSBAND SAID THEY WERE BED BUGS!
