21I mean what to say about Wal mart? It's Wal mart. This store is a pretty good store. A little bit of a busy area, but a good store non the less.
Walmart wasn't very busy when I last shopped. Being it was 2-weeks before Thanksgiving and supply chain issues, I was pleasantly surprised. I think of Walmart being like a public library. In essence, everybody shops there. I had a nice conversation with the employee whose job it is to stock and front face the books in the Books/Music departments of Walmarts. I hope I run into her again.
This review has to do with Walmart in general, they cut very important corners. Like they don’t keep their refrigerators cold enough or maybe they don’t refrigerate perishables as quickly as they should. I notice Kroger’s has a similar problem. Both companies don’t pay their employees as well as HEB or Whole Foods btw
When I purchase Milk at other stores, HEB or Whole Foods etc, it is always very cold, and taste fresh, but every time I purchase milk at Walmart it taste old, stale or like the carton smells
Walmart needs to do a much better job and hire good people, pay them a good wage and make sure they do a Great Job! Do more quality control of your merchandise and workers Walmart!

We came to this tire shop for lifetime balance tire and the person name was George told us I have to get my receipt from inside after I got my receipt gave it to him he was so nervous and before he see the tire he refused our order while I had warranty on tire when I discuss about you nervous he didn’t respect to me and was so high on me then I told him if you work in in my company I would fire you cuz you don’t respect to costumer
Also our company no longer buy tire from Walmart cuz I had very bad experience with them
Was in this store shopping today and found an item (last one) with no price. I couldn't find nobody working in the dept I was shopping in. The sweetest employee who was shopping for an online shopper came up to me and asked if I needed help. Not only did she stop what she was doing to help but went out of her way to help me. Thank you so much Miah. You're a great employee and a sweetheart.
They really never will care about customer service at wal mart.don't ever buy something here you may have to return later, it'll be a total nightmare. Getting help from employees here is a major feat!
Have done grocery pickup at this location since it began. The service has become better in the recent months, quicker, and overall great improvement fron the past. Good job!
Not a great amount of product selection. Don't be surprised if you see empty shelf spaces. For the Auto Care department, I suggest you go somewhere else. They are usually understaffed and not the best customer service. They close the garden section early but there is no set time, it depends on staffing. They used to close the electronics area at night also because of not enough staff.
How can the biggest company in the world only have 2 lanes open on a Saturday at noon? Avoid this Walmart at all costs. There's an HEB right around the corner.
Used to be my home Walmart store, have been to many Walmarts around the country, better and worse. It was great, unfortunately the current management could only give lame excuses for having ONE cashier for actual checking out customers. Many self checkouts though. But if you have a shopping cart full of merchandise/groceries, you would expect customer service to open at least one more cashier to operate it, instead of the lame excuse of being understaffed, when they have a handful of other associates eagle eying you at the self checkouts. I am usually patient but when the manager at customer service just offered excuses, at left my 350+ dollar cart in front of them to show them I can take (GIVE) my money to someone else. I mean, it's not like we get a discount for bagging and scanning all of our merchandise any way. Hopefully the upper management can MANAGE the managers at this store. That's the beauty of freedom of choice.
The only part I dislike is how they have fewer employees at night so it is you scan only and the lines are pretty long it's a little frustrating but other than that the store is neat and orderly and what you're looking for is easy to find. Most associates are knowledgeable on where things are located in the store
I mean it's a Walmart, what can I say other than we had minimal trash next to our car and only saw 2 diapers in the parking lot. I haven't been to a Walmart in years, the selection and variety of stuff was really good.
Tired of paying taxes that go to support Wal-Mart underpayment of its labor force leading to employed people living in a financial bracket that pushes them to seek help from state and federal social programs, stressing those programs when people should be paid a living wage if they are employed.
I love all the hard workers who work her they are so nice and they get to you fast as they can I here at lest ever week or 2 week
Employees were helpful, did not show to b annoyed or disgruntled when asked a question or for assistance, store was clean and orderly

No one spoke to me when I walked in or when I asked for help looking for something. I know it gets busy but it wasn't that busy at all, especially when it's raining this bad.
Not too busy. Friendly greeters. Always clean and not cluttered. I really miss the small blue baskets! Hope they comeback for quick shopping!
We will go shopping there from time to time if we are in a bind. The product are the same stuff that you can get anywhere else. On the bright side if you just have some time to daydream of being absolutely anywhere else on earth the 1 open checkout lane for a 80 thousand square foot store will give you plenty of time.
Only experienced the online pickup service. It was super fast and simple especially convenient during this pandemic crisis we're still fighting.
