Walmart Supercenter, North Richland Hills TX

Tonight was the 2nd time this store has taken my money for an online order of groceries that they have failed to deliver without notice or any contact.

Never been to a Walmart with such friendly workers. I have to say I was in shock, but I liked it.

Associates are pretty prompt and polite when I’m dealing with them. I like coming when there’s hardly people around. Waiting for it to be 24 hours again.

This is one of the worst Walmart stores in a 20 mile radius. Grossly under stocked horrible Management.

Went to buy a tv, saw a kind of okish tv deal, Tv displayed roll back deal sign, rack holding TVs had the price tags, I looked for tv box and saw a different price on box, asked an employee about it, she proceeded to removed the deal price right away, (she looked a little disappointed) and told me after removing tags and 12”x12” sign with value of tv and said, not on sale anymore, I told her, the tags that you just removed said it was on sale, what tags? , I asked for manager, she said I’m The manager. At that moment.it was Game over ;)
It was funny, but disappointing.
Walmart, for the future honor the price on display.

Gluten free section is awsome. Prices are a best. Customer service is great even tho I have seen customers being unnecessarily rude.

This Walmart is further than another, yet I continue to come back to Nrh location.

This location has very little selection. There was atleast 4 food items that I regularly acquire from the Saginaw location but they did not have them here.

Went after midnight so there was mostly stockers and pallets of things to stock. We were able to quickly find our items and check out so I gave 5 stars

It's a good Walmart but I don't think it has a great selection. I can't find things there that I can normally find it other ones. On the upside it is clean.

Early this morning in the hour of about half past 2 a.m. Monday April 22,2019. I went to this store to look for a special flameless candle. Well, a middle aged male employee was stocking on the aisle. I left my pushcart to look for the candle, and as I stood near one of his carts, he started throwing boxes/merchandise extremely hard and noisily right next to my ear! He was obviously doing it to aggravate me (the paying customer) so that I'd leave the area. He should be reprimanded and maybe even fired if he can't learn how to deal with 'paying customers'. Throwing heavy merchandise noisily in the attempt to 'scare' and 'startle' customers is NOT the way to do business! Next time, I'll ask for his name and write it out on here for all to see what a poor worker he is!
It's a terrible format how they designed the new row of self check outs. I love the self check outs, but the way they're arranged like regular check out lanes was a bad idea! It will continue to create problems when customers get behind someone who is encountering problems and/or taking too long. I don't like the way shoppers will come and stand behind me, breathing down my neck trying to unconsciously 'rush' me. They need to change the way it's made like the other self check outs in the manner of. TAKING TURNS WHEN ONE SELF CHECK OUT CUSTOMER IS DONE, NEXT IN LINE GOES TO IT. I guarantee there will most likely be issues regarding this new change. Take my advice, and create the NEXT IN LINE format to decrease problems between customers.

I hate self scanners. Quit taking hard working people's jobs and bring back real cashier's and check out lanes!

I've shopped at Walmart North Richland Hills - NE Loop 820 for many years and there's a certain level of stuff you put up with at a place like this. But sometimes I swear it's too much. I went tonight and found a really good deal on some slacks for work but I'm always suspect of prices when I get to the register due to years of wrong prices but tonight was too much. I went to self checkout and when they rang up wrong I called the lady over and she said. "well they're not on sale and I can't lower them". Rude right? So I said (going thru this often) if you'll check the rack because there are several of these over there. She turned around and walked off. I walked back to the rack and grabbed 3 more pairs so I could show her, thinking it would help. And when I got back she was talking to the customer service manager, so I showed him and he seemed aggravated. He said "I have to see the rack".
No problem so I went back to the checkout to wait and was talking to my family when he came back, changed the price, (said not a single word to me) and walked off. Wow that was rude. Now here's the icing on the cake. The greeter who's worked there forever (older Hispanic lady with pigtails) (who always profiles me) (because I have tattoos I'm sure due to her not doing it when I have a coat on) and has ask for my receipt several times (a couple times when I had nothing in my hands.lol) Let's a bunch of people walk past and as I'm walking up I see her looking at me (here we go again). She ask for my receipt. My stuff was in my mother in law's cart and I had nothing in my hands. So I walk off. At which point she starts yelling "HEY HEY HEY" at me. (It was very crowded in the exit) so I turn around and walked back, my mother-in-law says "do you wanna see my receipt" (she's pushing the buggy) and the lady says "no.his" (I'M HOLDING NOTHING). I replied "you wanna see my personal receipt for my personal items". Which my mother-in-law reaches into her buggy and hands her a receipt while I was flabbergasted at being so embarrassed by this Walmart lady. Over the top Walmart. Now this is something to be offended about!

This is a pretty good store they have a nice selection just don't go there after 10 p.m. Otherwise you're wait forever to get checked out

We went after midnight because of a late work night. Alot of suspicious looking people in parking lot and saw someone escorted out by police and two officers inside thankfully keeping watch. Don't go that late folks. We were only there to pick up a few things so we wouldn't be there long. And i won't be going that late ever again. Creepy.

Really nice Walmart with a lot of stuff to offer. They have more products and things to offer than my small towns Walmart and everything is laid out nicely.

Wow! New store layout is nice! The aisles are wider & cleaner. Received good customer service from multiple employees. Guessing there's a new manager & they're doing a stellar job!

One PERSON ONE for returns, and everything else. This store is unorganized and never keeps staff. Its always a nightmare! Wasted an hour trying to exchange something simple, ended up leaving because the rest of the staff is to lazy to help customer service. SHOP AT RETAIL STORES OR WINCO. THIS PLACE IS PATHETIC

Not clean and staff can be a bit rude. Just because it's Walmart doesn't mean you should act like your shoveling poop.

You go to this store and is like you are alone when looking for help, the people on customer service always have an attitude and there are nobody around at night for help, is crazy

Friendly service people and I especially like shopping for kids and grandkids here. Nice customer service department who take care of any complaint with efficiency.
