Walmart Supercenter, Irving TX

Very friendly greeter, friendly associates at self checkout registers, in-stock products. Negatives: long lines to check out at the registers and business services associates have very poor attitudes.

I dont generally like Wal Marts for the parking drama and the emoloyees and customers can be rude. Not to mention the over crowding. Ugh and clothes only being left in sizes 0,3 and 5 then 18 and 20 when most of us wear something between a 7/8 and a 13/14. They had a few things in my size and less drama parking, not overcrowded and even some friendly employees. Hate the one in Irving. Left in a full blown panic attack.

This particular Walmart is always busy. The parking lot seems always full 24 hours A-day. Although there are a ton of people in the store. They check out to people really fast and the lines move really smooth. For the most part don't let the busy appearance of this Walmart for you it is actually a pretty good store I guess.

You can’t buy ANY makeup past 8pm. No signs to let you know. They lock up all the cosmetics! Couldn’t buy some simple mascara. Never been to a place like that lol

The employees at this location didn’t seem like they cared about the customer service it was my first time in this Walmart and have to say I won’t be going back. The store was clean and so were the restrooms that’s why they get two stars

Poor cuatomer service and I asked a depaetment manager for help on ailes 8 and 9, she told me I do not have time am doing a online order. Then five minutes later I seen her with the same case of soda in the basket up front talking.

Need more helpful and smiling faces. Extra long waiting lines. More closed than open. MORE help yourself machine Lane open. More support for animals than customers. Over watchful of leaving customers. Much needed customers friendly technique.

Just most other Walmart stores they have self-service check out cashiers but we didn't use them, we prefer the human interaction. And we were happy with the service provided to us during our visits both at the cashiers and when we asked for stuff we were looking for. Huge store but good layout.

They have the merchandise if you can get the manger or the personnel to get it unlocked for you. Every thing is under lock and key.

One word, G-H-E-T-T-O, I mean wow, just wow. This Walmart was just disapointing. I left in tears, I couldn't find grapes. I MEAN GRAPES. IM NOT ASKING FOR MUCH, I JUST CAME FOR MY GRAPES. On top of that, an associate in a blue shirt told me that grapes were non-essential merchandise. Smh walmart, more like walNOT. Dont go here!

This location is very disorganized. Don't even think about coming here during back to school or holiday season sopping. Things are just thrown around and store clerks aren't much help as they're constantly on the move and are not available when you need them. Not much to offer here

Its always so packed. Good people though. And i go to the lines in the back they aren't so crowded at those. Like the front by McDonald's is a flippn crazy crowd.

They never have what I need and there's never enough check out lanes open. The people who work there are friendly though

I ordered groceries online and pick them up. I absolutely love this service. I have also ordered all my Thanksgiving ingredients that I will pick up on Saturday. Such a good way to shop for big amounts and small also, I highly recommended!

The young people who work in the corridors fixing things are a great help for all and very friendly.
