Walmart Supercenter, Odessa TX

I hate this store. Both of them really. The associates are rude. Watch your receipts. I can't count the amounts of money we are over charged at the register. It happens almost every time.

All self check outs. Older people having problems at check out. Most of the machines are cards only. Customers frustrated. Too sad Walmart left all the cashiers with out a job.

Always out of everything I need, clothes are always sparse as well. Went to get school clothes and there was nothing for my child's size

Self check out is great, but having a real person checking you out it better, the prices are not discounted, for sell service. Especially for elderly people.

This super center does not have a drive through pharmacy. It also does not have dedicated counters for drop off and pick up. As such I waited in line for 30 minutes to drop off a prescription. Once I finally get to the counter and hand the man the prescription, he tells me he needs some more of my paperwork. So I go out to my truck and back in. Then I wait another 5 to 7 minutes just for him to tell me that they don't have said medicine in stock! Shouldn't that have been the very first thing you check? ! Total waste of time. I swear they must be using old commodore 64 computers from the 1980's.

I have a disability and can not do self checkout. There were no cashier's open. It took me over 30 to 40 minutes due to having so much trouble. I only bought five things.

It's been a long time since I've been shopping at Walmart so needless to say, I was in shock when I went in and noticed it was all self checkout. It made me wonder on how it has came to this and ask many other questions. How does this help our economy if there's no cashiers? Do we get an employee discount since we cash ourselves out? Are they slowly transitioning to an online-curve pick up only, since a large portion of the parking lot is for pick up only? One major thing that hasn't changed- the amount of time one is in line to check out! No matter how many people are there.

Store was dirty.no employee wanted to help.i do not like what wal-mart has become.when we went to pay in the cash only.machine wasn't taking money so I tried getting a associate to help but she was busy on her phone. I tell you, I'd rather go to a flea market than to this store.its like the employees are there but switch off. THIS STORE SUX

I really think people should stop shopping at Walmart's altogether they're bad for the community; bad for the people who work there!

Worst organization in a grocery store I've ever seen. Who uses the toy section as a store room, especially before Christmas? ! The staff is entirely unhelpful and had us running everywhere just looking for dog food (basically, don't even waste your time here unless you feed your dog pedigree or comparable; absolutely no high protein foods). If I were the DM I would be throwing a fit after seeing this store at Christmas. No intentions of shopping here again. My mobility impaired neighbor couldn't even safely do their Christmas shopping. My mind was blown (twice) and I was left thoroughly disgusted.

It was great shopping at Walmart today I spoke to a beautiful young lady their she was super helpful to me she is really do a good job in the musical section great customer service keep it up I didn't see her name
