Walmart Supercenter, Rockwall TX

Dude im so mad right now, its 10: 19 at night and i walked down the candy isle and im lookin for skittles, i dont see any skittles so im like dang okay fine skittles gummies it is… i look and the box.is.empty: moral of the story WALMART RESTOCK! Cute clothes to tbh.

I'm mad, that you don't have a permanent checker at the garden center, especially since Christmas shoppers have to walk half the length of the store to check out. Ad another employee. Is Walmart in dire straits for money that they can't afford to hire one more person. Overall more and more I think Walmart only cares about their bottom line.

I've said it once and I'll say it again without Walmart of America would be in a bind you can buy everything you need there they're always open at supercenter the very friendly professional people I don't see how they do such a good stores and every city across the United States

No one seems to know what's going g on un their department. Stuff I needed was there but I had to roam around to find it.

Black Friday is misleading. Went into the store the day after (Mon) and there was still plenty of stocked Black Friday items and advertising for it everywhere. Picked items out and got to register only for them to ring up full price. Asked Manager about it and she said you can’t get the items any longer because it isn’t deemed “Black Friday” any longer for those items any longer. In the past with Black Friday you got that price for the item while supplies lasted. Sooo misleading, take down the advertisement for the items then if they go back to regular prices. Even lady beside me experienced the same issue at checkout. We were both baffled.

Great except wanted few instant pictures made w the machine was told it be done tomorrow I thought how can that be as I wasn't on a 1 hour machine but guess I be back to pick up.

The store is clean the one thing I do not like is self service. There is only one actual Checker checkout line which makes for a very long wait to check out. This store well not be one of my favorite Walmart because of the Shelf checking

Received a text to pick up prescriptions and then find out everyone went to lunch. There is no sign posted. They did not include the information when sending the text. Let’s have better communication Wal-Mart.

If you want the $5 plates they are in the back right corner of the store, don't fret, things are just arranges differently in dallas.

Updated review. Whoever took over this department has really got it working well. Now orders are coming out almost immediately. Even the two loaders mentioned below have upped their game. I’ll leave the review so you can see how fast the right manager can turn around a department. 1 Star to 4 stars in a month. YOU HAVE DONE BETTER.
Curbside Grocery pickup is a joke. Most days you are waiting 30 minutes for them to bring the order to the car. Jordyne and Patrick specifically, take their sweet time “loading” the car once it’s finally rolled out. I still have to adjust their “loading” as they haven’t a clue on how to load things correctly. Do better!

3rd time this store has no head of lettuce or cabbage. Really hard to find someone to help you. Not enough che kers I have shoulder issues so self check out is a challenge.

I was really surprised to see an entire organic food section. Either way I'm not too trusting of Walmart. Good for specific item though.

The other day when I came into this store's location most of the bottled water was missing. Today the store had the bottled water stocked sufficiently.

I was looking specifically for the smaller bottles. There were some left.not many though. 4 stars cause of a low supply for a large demabd area.

I didn't get to go in the store. I was doing a pickup for my oldest Son (a first responder) whose entire household was overwhelmed with COVID. They were great!

Terrible, terrible, terrible. No one is ever willing to help, no lines open, only self check out, which several were not operating. Poorly managed and unfriendly.

This place is great if you are looking for a bunch of empty shelves to buy for a garage or to put clothes on.they never have them stocked with food.

Took nearly 40 mins for them to get pickup groceries out to us. Called a couple of times and was told both times it was on its way out. Would not recommend doing pickup from this location.

I deliver groceries for Walmart, my driver name is William Sullenger. I work for 7 area stores and they all do a fantastic job filling customer orders quickly and accurately. Walmart store 259, Rockwall on I30 is the head of the class. They are always super busy but Im always loaded up and confident my orders are accurate! Greatbjob team!

What can I say about Wally World. Decor is depressing, generally employees not very friendly (there are exceptions) and product selection is limited (especially their grocery).

No cash payments at self check out is very inconvenient. It's been this way a while now. Also frequently out of stock on many items. Find a different Walmart, do yourself a favor.
