Walmart Supercenter, El Paso TX

So as soon as i walk in to the store i noticed theere was a lot of people so in a hurry i decided to head to the paystation located at self checkouts to make a walmart credit card payment i then asked ana if she can assist me which she refused and responded the service desk doesn't have a line i was surprised by the response and expected a better service from a 5 year Walmart associate, just disappointing i decided to make payment elsewhere.

I always have a good service there.but today i have to recognize 2 people who really helped me, they were particularly helpful and patient
One was BRISSA from electronic department who was very professional and DAVE who helped to carry outside the big and heavy merchandise.

As I said before pertaining to this Walmart it's great that's one in El Paso I believe that's where the real people shop cgi's mom to Dad people trying to make it the associates are always helpful and findable and what more can I say

I mean it's Walmart so you can't expect much although every time we go there there's always a Walmart employee watching us as if they assume we're still doing something at self check out but never watch other people as were there

Went to go check out in the garden section because I was going to buy some plants. I had maybe 4 items. There was no sign saying they were close. There were over 6 Walmart employees just standing there talking to each other. I politely asked them if they can check me out. They said that they couldn't. So 6 employees can stand around talking to each other but can't check a customer out that will take less than 2 minutes?

I’ve been to all Walmart’s across El Paso the Automotive team here is honest and will tell you how it is. They will go the extra mile to insure you are informed and not mislead. If you don’t want to be lied to just to make a sale this is the place to be.

Horrible experince bought a cake and it had a hair in it, they told me to being it back with a reciept and they would give another one, i had already thrown it away i dont expect to take a cake back

This Walmart is similar to other Walmart here in El Paso TX. But overall, this outlet has more collection of different types of products especially gift items during any occasion like Halloween/Thanksgiving. Found some products always that are not available to other Walmarts.

I've never had a problem at this location, up until a day ago. I ordered my son's halloween cards to send to family and friends as I do every year. I normally go with Walgreens but this year it was a Snoopy theme and Walmart offers a cute halloween photo card. First they couldn't check me out because my order wasn't on file, then a really nice associate named Hilda came over to help Destiny who not only had a rude attitude from the moment she couldn't scan my order, acted as though she couldn't be bothered to help anyone. They finally figured out how to process my order also forgot the envelopes that come with the cards. When I had to go back to the photo center, Hilda was there (thankfully) and she apologized and even gave me extra envelopes. 4/5 stars simply because a few sales associates like Destiny could do better.

All the salespersons greeted you at the door while entering. All the associates had great knowledge on questions being asked. Great selections of products on each sections.

Always looking around to see if there's nobody with guns can a scary place to be at. Prices of food are very high. Rather go shopping somewhere else

I'm always amazed at what I find Here and im.also disappointed that Walmart still closes at 11 I thought it would go back.to normal.hours

I dont like Walmart nothing but rude people there and now they are putting all self check out's so they dont have to pay a cashier so they can profit even more like they dont profit enough already I'd rather go elsewhere I dont wanna keep supporting the greedy

Auto care center - Hands down the worst customer service I have experienced at a Walmart auto center. Had an appointment to get tires put on at 9am. Showed up early and was actively ignored - like the dude was looking at me talking to him and still walked away. Decided to take my business somewhere else. I understand how insignificant my actions are in the bigger picture, but at least I upheld my self respect. Cheap prices can only get you so far. My advice to others: if you can afford to have your car serviced somewhere else do it. I understand Walmart’s got the cheapest prices around and it makes sense to get work done there for a lot of people. But for a few dollars more you might just get treated like a human being.

Have more objects in stock usually they dont get restock that quick Specially on weekends. On a positive note the store is always clean and the in they plenty of cashiers and people to help.

The shopping center is always stocked. If you're looking for automotive help.you're in for a very long day. I ended up buying my own oil and doing the oil change myself.

Walmart always something New for every season of the year. Cowboys display (Lays) chips are located in front of store with a variety of taste for all those Cowboys fans!

It's staff is awesome, I'm a disable person and I depend in a electric disable transportation so I asked at the entrance to one of the grils and she very kind went to get me one. I thank her
